Cant open game

I got the game in a sale, however everytime I try to play it and press play, the steam logo comes up, thinks for a few seconds and crashes, I have no idea what to do. Im on steam deck and tired almost all the different compatability options and nothing is working.

Any other BF4/3 styled weapon mods? (something along the lines of CWP, the JSDF pack, or the Russian packs)

I got the itch to mod Ravenfield into something like BF4/3, was going slightly well until I got to adding NATO weapons and uhh...

I'm looking for something with animations and quality similar to say, this pack. And yes, I know Urban Warfare exists, but half the weapons there don't work anymore.

What Weapons you want to see from devs? Or what Weapons vanilla Ravenfield needs?

In my opinion, there are still good enough weapon categories that need to be adressed:

  1. Light Machine guns: The only Machine gun that this game has is secretly autocannon that cannot be anything below rare rarity (if you can even give it to bots at all), there really is need of good machine guns that will not make battlefield into APC fest. And there are 2 eras where this machine gun can be: WW1-2 style or just modern. Considering that this game has weapons from multiple eras, WW1 Machine gun doesn't stand out that much.
  2. Proper submachine guns: there aren't that much SMGs. While even bullpup players are eating good with the best AR in the game, SMG players are still tied to... what, Jolt, or, idk, RIPCORD??? So, there are few variants: 1920 style SMG that will be distinct from others (Tompson), just 1970 style RKSU that will be the best SMG without a real feature, or even some experimental coilgun from future for fun.
  3. Shotguns: Automatic shotguns or some interesting shotguns like DP-12, maybe even ye olde double-barreled shotgun for more diversity across eras. Reason is too obvious to even say it.
  4. Anti-material rifle: Rare category lacks some marksmanship, so why not to make a weapon that can destroy vehicles? Maybe instead of Lynx or Barret there can be PTRD or Tankgewehr.
  5. Tactical Musket: JUST HEAR ME OUT. Why not to make one-shot sniper rifle? I's not like you will switch from Garret. Particularly Tactical Musket, not just musket. And more particularly bipods on knife instead of gun.

Ravenfield Is Ridicilous

God, the optimization for this game is godawful, for a game that doesn't look graphically demanding, it sure runs terrible. (No i'm not promoting piracy) Before I purchase Ravenfield officially through Steams, I remember pirate this game, and somehow as far as memories goes, the game runs better than the official one, but I bought the game for convenience and to support the developer. For context my laptop isn't exactly a shitbox, it's somewhere in the middle, it can run games like L4D2 and Garrys Mod just fine, even with more than 20+ mods, I know they're not exactly the same type of game, but still Ravenfield had no excuses.

I don't think you can just simplified this to "Oh why not just buy a better PC" I can buy games, just not PC hardware, especially during times of RAM, Job, and economic crisis.

Every update from this game seems to bring more problem, such as make old mod broken, and there's very little you can do about it. I really wish Steel prioritize optimize his game before he update any sort of content, since the community can do that.

No, I'm not expecting you guys here on Reddit to do something, this post is just a simple criticism, I want this game to be better.
