Hello, I need help with identification and legit checking. I've bought it on a garage sale for an equivalent of 12 USD. I'm not that much into watches and couldn't find exact one on the internet. I would appreciate any help or clue what this watch is or how much is it worth. Thanks in advance.

I bought a used Ulike Air 10 from a friend. She showed me that she originally purchased it from Amazon, and the device looks legitimate. It powers on, the light flashes, and everything seems to work normally.
However, after using it for about a week, I'm starting to wonder if it might be counterfeit or defective. I have pale skin and naturally black hair, which should be a good combination for IPL treatment. I've tested it on several areas, including a spot on my leg where I can clearly see the dark hair follicles through my skin, but I haven't noticed any changes at all.
I know results can take time, but I'm concerned because I'm not seeing any signs that the treatment is affecting the hair. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to tell if a Ulike device is counterfeit, or could there be another reason it's not working?
