i keep hearing different things and idk what’s better

I run S0R0 (static mist) Rebecca with S1R1 Lucy and S4R0 Baizhi (to be replaced with S2R0 Mornye asap).

I've seen both 1pc shattered dreams/whatever you get from Adam Smasher + 2pc void thunder + 2pc reel of spliced memories and 5pc moonlit clouds recommended for her, and I'm not sure which option to use.

I could get S3 Lucy and S1 Becca, or S2 Lucy and S2 Becca. Which is better? Both at R1.

I have both Lucy and Rebecca at two but I want to main Reb, what's the highest I should go in terms of rank? I've heard after s2 her ranks are kinda mid but I want to be sure.

I've finally gotten the last Waveband Selector with my Becca at S3R1 and Lucy at S0R1.

Would you guys recommend getting Becca's S4 or Lucy's S1 with it?

so i have guarenteed s3 lucy with the 420 pull sequence reward (dont have it yet im at 342 total) but i have lost the 50/50 twice in a row for lucy and with only 11 days left on the banner i have no idea if i can grind out enough pulls to actually get s2 rebecca (even though i really want it) but i also really want to get rebecca sig as well just to have the complete set should i take the risk and try and grind out enough pulls for rebecca copies or just get her sig and call it quits?

i will probably regret asking but just how big is the difference between rebecca sig and ether of the two standard gun weapons the static mist and phozon something.

just how big of a buff is s2 rebecca like i know it is a buff of ALL DMG AMP 35% but just how much more damage is it?

Hello! Could anyone tell me how much of Rebecca's buffing is ATK? Could she potentially work with the HP-scaling Jingran? I'm sorry, I have no idea of her kit!! But doesn't she buff heavy atk?

I plan to run Yangyang, Rebecca, and Chisa. I’m thinking about Rebecca’s Sig but would it be worth it to go out of my way to tune break with Rebecca for the buff alone?

I'm a bit lost here on how I'm supposed to play Rebecca. I'm loving her gameplay, but rotation-wise, I don't really got a clue how to optimize her gameplay. What am I supposed to achieve when controlling her?

For example, in Lucy's case, I think her rotation meant to go into "Algorithm Compaction" mode (get 8s +65% Spectro DMG buff), perform enhanced heavy attack (get 2x Liberation DMG buff), add tune break if possible, and then liberation (BAM! spectacular damage from extra +65% Spectro DMG plus 2x Liberation DMG).

What about Rebecca? What am I supposed to be mindful of?
