Position Overview

CIRCE is seeking Virtual Assistants / Client Support Specialists for remote project-based opportunities supporting clients across different markets.

Compensation & Engagement

• Multiple Project Opportunities: Professionals may have the opportunity to take on multiple projects and client engagements over time, depending on project availability, qualifications, performance, and capacity.
• Earning Potential: With multiple successful project engagements, professionals may have the potential to earn more than $10,000 USD across their combined projects.

1. Travel & Operations VA

Rate: £4/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday + 1 Saturday per month
Hours: UK working hours, approximately 9:30 AM–5:30/6:00 PM

You’ll help with bookings, client communication, supplier coordination, travel arrangements, and general operations. This role would suit someone who is organised, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

2. LinkedIn Lead Generation & Sales Support VA

Rate: £4–£5/hour
Schedule: Part-time, flexible

You’ll support LinkedIn lead generation, prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales administration.

Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, lead generation, or sales support is a plus, but it’s not essential. We’re also open to candidates who are quick learners and have strong communication and organisational skills.
