Blind Pick Tank Supports

I’ve heard very conflicting things about this question. Some people say there are no good blindpick tank supps, others say they’re all blindable, others say only a few like Rell, Rakan, etc.

I’m sure there’s some nuance here, but I’d love to choose a blindpick and hammer in time-investment so I can feel confident in those games where I don’t have last pick. (and I’m a tank support specialist)

Who do yall think are the best blind picks out of all tank supports?

Imperial Mandate rework

With the Imperial Mandate rework, do you guys think it would be a viable late game (item 4/5) buy for Rell? Or would it just be bad because it doesnt give HP or resistances? Does 30 ability haste to your Q/W and R sound good enough with the additional 6% damage increase on marked champs?

Finally hit master + SEA #7 BEST after 4 years as a rell main !!
