Build advice on with limited resources
I just picked up a Remington 700 SPSS .300 WSM , I have very little experience in the long-range or even rifle hunting field of the gun world. I’m looking to learn more with this gun as I build it and start to shoot both on the range and hunting soon hopefully. I don’t have loads of extra spending money to throw at this rifle, and honestly I figure I don’t need to as I am barely learning the basics.
I’d like the end rifle to look like a gun from Destiny 1, think Devils Dawn, Patience and Time, Black Spindle. Maybe a orsis t500 in real life.
I kinda like the blocky sharp look that still fits in the wild and doesn’t look too gamed out like a toy.
I did find the MDT Field Stock pretty quickly that might kinda fit the look I’m going for? What do you guys think or are there better options?
I’m really lost on scopes.
Again this isn’t really a range baby or a hunting only rifle I’d like it to be able to do either. Let me know if you need any more information. I’ll keep researching but thought I’d post to see if any of you guys are also going for the blocky destiny gun that still fits in the forest.
