I work in Rockwell center and Ive been living in Proscenium since i started. Problem is, being so close to my job and being in the same area everyday is taking a toll on my mental health. Im thinking of moving to a different place, preferably still near as i’ll just be using grab to go to work. What’s a good condo to consider? I was thinking something in Century city but im not sure about the cockroach situation there and safety, of course. Budget is 20-30k, ok to go a bit farther but not too far. Id like Rockwell to still be about 10-15mins away.

I also live alone, will probably get a small dog to keep me company.

Hi! I’m planning to rent a studio or 1BR unit that has parking available and would allow one small dog. I seem to have a hard time finding one 😭 ideally, around Mandaluyong or Pasig area that’s near to BGC. And area should be similar to Brixton or Fairlane area. I found some units in Brixton but no parking usually 😭

Do you guys have any tips on which condos to search for?

My boyfriend and I are living together now. Kaya lang yung nagmamadali kong boyfriend ay kumuha ng rent to own condo. 42500 ang sahod ko tapos siya naman 46k.

To be honest, gets ko ang vision niya and everything. Sino bang ayaw sa condo? Ang akin lang naman parang masyadong mabilis at hndi pa ako ready sa lifestyle na ganun. 6k lang ang rent namin ngayon sa apartment namin, okay ang apt namin hndi lang maganda ang neighborhood alam mo naman dito sa manila ganun talaga. Tapos ang monthly sa rent to own ay 15700 excluded pa ang monthly dues. So sabihn natin 20k monthly. That’s too much for me. And this rent to own ay long term commitment. Mahal ko jowa ko pero feeling ko hndi pa ready ang salary ko/namin. Siya naman sabi niya hndi naman daw ganto magsstay ang salary ko sa 42500, hndi yun ganun para sa akin. Parang ayoko sumama kapag lumipat na siya sa condo pero ayoko naman siya iwan. Mahalaga siya sa akin. We have plans din oara mag-abroad pero wlaa pang nangyayari so diba :(( idk super love ko ang jowa ko pero :(( idk nalulungkot ako that we’re not on the same page
