Just saw a post comparing the auth to Bailong. I paid for the pre photo service. Isn't there supposed to be Rimowa lining inside? This is for the pilot case. ive asked several times for a logo pic and still havent seen.

⏱️** LOGISTICS & TIMELIN**E

This review almost ended up being about a completely different pair of sunglasses.

Originally, I reached out to Janie on May 29th to purchase a pair of B0tteg@ Venet@ sunglasses. The album photos were pulled from the authentic website, and I selected a version that appeared slightly darker than the sample shown.

May 29: Contacted Janie and paid $75 via PayPal F&F
May 31: Received PSPs
May 31: Realized I really didn’t like the lens color and politely asked if the lighter version from the album was available
June 2: Janie informed me that version was unavailable
June 2: Chose a different pair from a different brand and paid the $10 difference
June 4: Janie informed me the newly selected sunglasses would not be available for another week and offered me the option to choose something else (At this point I already knew they wouldn’t arrive in time for the wedding I originally purchased them for - first world problems)
June 11: Received PSPs for the final pair, approved them, and they shipped the same day
June 18: Package delivered

🔎 THE DEEP DIVE

1. Rep Experience

The final pair ended up being the Chr0me Hearts Chirp Chirp Pale Ale Dark Tortoise sunglasses.

My immediate reaction when opening the package was that they feel premium, as they should.

The construction feels solid, the materials feel substantial, and nothing about them gives off the typical “cheap fashion sunglasses” vibe.

The frame appears to be a combination of acetate and metal. Weight is right in the middle—not light, not too heavy—and the overall build feels sturdy and well assembled.

A few things stood out immediately:

No strange smells
No creaking when opening the arms
Hinges feel solid
Symmetrical construction
Comfortable fit right out of the box

One thing I particularly appreciated is that they sit straight on my face.

My ears are uneven, which makes a lot of sunglasses look crooked on me. These somehow manage to sit evenly without any adjustment.

Lens Quality

The lenses are polarized and include the watermark, on the inside.

Looking through them feels completely natural:

No distortion
No eye strain
Colors remain natural
Dark enough to be effective without being excessively dark

I’ve only had them for a short time, but my first impression is that these function like proper sunglasses rather than simply fashion accessories.

Construction & Details

The hardware and branding details are very nicely executed.

Engravings are crisp overall. If I’m being picky, the interior engraving could be slightly sharper, but realistically nobody is taking sunglasses off my face to authenticate them.

The color is consistent throughout, logos appear properly placed, and I haven’t noticed any alignment issues.

I am still comparing them against authentic references, but nothing has jumped out at me as obviously incorrect.

Packaging

Packaging exceeded expectations.

The sunglasses arrived:

With a dust cloth
With a carrying pouch and documentation
Thoroughly wrapped and protected inside multiple layers of packaging

Everything arrived in perfect condition.

2. Seller Experience

Honestly, this review could just as easily be about customer service.

The process involved:

One pair with lenses I didn’t like
A replacement choice
That replacement going out of stock
A second round of waiting

At no point did Janie become impatient, defensive, or difficult.

When I told her, in very direct terms, “I don’t really like these lenses,” she simply worked with me to find another option.

When that option became unavailable, she immediately informed me and offered alternatives.

Throughout the entire process she remained:

Polite
Responsive
Helpful
Patient

I never felt pressured into choosing a specific item, and it genuinely felt like she wanted me to be happy with whatever I ultimately received.

Communication was excellent from start to finish.

⚖️** FINAL VERDIC**T

The Bottom Line:

A well-built, premium-feeling pair of sunglasses backed by excellent customer service.

The sunglasses feel expensive, look expensive, and have the kind of cool, exclusive energy that makes you immediately want to wear them.

Would I Buy Again?
Absolutely.

In fact, I’d be comfortable purchasing prescription glasses from Janie based on this experience.

Biggest Pro:
Excellent build quality and premium feel.

Biggest Con:
They didn’t arrive in time for the event I originally purchased them for.

Would I Buy This Exact Pair Again?
Probably not—but only because I enjoy variety.

Would I Recommend to Beginners?

The missing half point isn’t for the product itself. It’s because the original plan went through a few unexpected detours before reaching the finish line. The sunglasses, however, were worth the wait.

This review is posted from my own free will with my complete honest opinions.

After going back and forth with a representative from the WA seller Luxury Atelier on multiple different bags, I settled on the Chanel 25C mini hobo bag in Gun metal hardware.

Experience: The representative that I spoke with was very patient with me and answered my questions. Responses were quick and polite. Payment was secure.

Quality: The bag's leather quality feels good, and the hardware is 2025-2026 accurate. Especially for the CC emblem for the chain. The newer version features a thicker charm for the chain at the front. A very nice detail that was included. The seller said it came from factory 187.

No odd smell. No chain squeaking.

Shipping: Shipping took about 10-14 days to arrive. Ordered June 10th, Shipped June 11th, Arrived June 22th. The tracking number provided did not work but the seller updated me on the transit when I asked.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and will have more confidence ordering more from them in the future.
