I love seeing new watches coming into the community and, especially, seeing the variety in people’s collections. You never know what someone is going to post next! 🔥⌚

If you could change or improve ONE thing about the group, what would it be?

This isn’t a post looking for compliments 😂 Genuine feedback is welcome, good or bad.

The goal is to keep building this into a community that people actually enjoy being part of, not just another place to scroll past watches.

For those who don’t know me, I’m James from Alternative Luxury and I’m one of the Trusted Dealers here in the group. I’ve been around the community for a while now and I’d genuinely like to hear what you guys think.

Hey all. New to the game and ordered a bulk buy of 3 watches for the family thru James / Alternative Luxury. Was a bit nervous going in but James was awesome. Awesome communication, no wait times for responses, reasonable with down payments before QC, etc. Provided tracking fast and kept me updated the whole way. QC was thorough, I asked for some videos to be extra confident which he provided within 20 minutes. Great shipping times too.

Ended up going back for 2 more because of the great experience. James caught a QC issue with the band on one before he even sent me pictures. Sent the issue, explained that he can't send me the watch. The back of the band had some minor damage, I honestly wouldn't have minded much but James insisted on ordered a new watch which he had on hand within a few days. Just excellent service all around. Couldn't recommend him enough and I'll be back!

FedEx sent me a notification this morning letting me know that I had a package ready for pickup. I buy several reps every month from different U.S. dealers, so I naturally assumed it was one of my domestic orders.

When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised to see the Rolex I had fallen in love with and ordered from James. I honestly don’t know what impressed me more—the watch itself or how insanely fast James’ shipping was.

I was actually hesitant to order from James because I’m still dealing with a bad experience from my very first rep purchase through another international dealer. After this experience, though, one thing is certain: James will be the only international dealer I buy from moving forward.

Thank you, James, for the great service, amazing watch, fast shipping, and excellent communication throughout the entire process.

I’ll definitely be placing another order within the next 2–3 days.
