Choked my best LMDF Rank 5 Run

After several dozens of runs… I got tunnel vision and had no idea why I did what I did. WHY DID I WANT THE BOX THAT BAD, WHAT COULD IT HAVE POSSIBLY DONE FOR ME??? I knew the attack was coming, bro what was I genuinely doing 😭😭

I have done so many runs at this point I am consistently getting to Victor then choking. A lot of my deaths are my own judgement lapses at this point I swear lmao

Finally playing REQUIEM

After 20hrs on RE2R, 7hrs on RE3R and 60hrs and losing all my save files on RE4R, finally playing requiem.

I have completed Requiem and loved it. What games should I play from the series next and in what order ?

Requiem was my first RE game. I only play on the PS5. Not a fan of old clunky games with jarring graphics. I like smooth gameplay. I want to play more RE games. Which other RE games should I play and what should be the order ?

No blood collector Tips

I’m starting my second play through with $11,600 CP. I want to complete it without using the blood collector however I also want to purchase Infinite ammo. My question is, should I purchase something on my second play through that will help make it easier and complete some smaller challenges as well to total the CP to 50,000?

Is RE9 anything like 2?

I feel like RE3, RE4, 5 and 6 completely miss that puzzle part that RE2 has, for example the whole Dimitrescu castle phase reminds 2 a lot to me i don't know why, is RE9 like 2 or just RE4 2.0? I know i can look for it on YT but i don't want spoilers

Best opening horde fight sequence

Horde fight sequence in every RE opening game always peak and some of it are probably the best part of entire game like RE4 and RE5..... But my favourite probably Requiem due to the aesthetic street with raining sequence and how matured Leon is handling another possible virus infections on Wrentwood street

It might have been my first resident evil, but I found this game absolutely amazing!

It's rare for me to find a game that truly engages me, to the point where I'm instantly starting a new campaign after finishing, but re9 was it from the start. The only other games to really do this to me are doom and monster hunter, so I've officially become a fan.

Truth be told, I almost quit near the start as i wasn't handling the horror elements very well (never dabbled in the genre before), but around the east wing something clicked, I figured out how to relax into the game and was absolutely engaged. It was all I could think about some days at work and shit lmao.

I absolutely loved Grace's sections by the end. They were such a joy. I played on standard modern, but felt like i probaby had more ammo than needed. >!By the end of the campaign i had 65 bullets, 5 injectors, 3 acids, 2 molotovs, 3 bottles, 3 knives, 5 scrap, 300 blood, and all the rest of the items. And that was after killing every licker and zombie in ARK, though i was medium conservative in the care centre and basement. I felt a little like Leon by the end tbh.. not sure if resources tighten up on classic?!<

The leon sections were fun, for a change. >!Mopping up care centre was a real treat and playing sniper to help grace was fun. Some sections were quite frustrating in the second half like when the zombies are firing mortars on the rooftops, or those fucking elite guards (before i realised there was a licker i could release in them). I also couldnt understand why grace could 1 shot multiple lickers ez-pz with 1 empty bottle and 1 acid bottle, but leon was getting into a scrap with them. His sections were also devoid of horror, which i was finally coming around to, but i appreciated them still. Ultimately, i figured the aim of both playstyles was 'this encounter is a puzzle and you need to figure out how the devs intend for you to solve it', and i enjoyed that quite a lot..!<

It was my first resident evil, but by the way this sub talks about it, it's apparently fairly average. So hit me with your recommendations, which ones should I play next (ps5, or switch). Which ones are more grace than leon?

re9 grace ashcroft

js wanted to know whether this is js me or if anyone else feels like this.

For me, this game's entire fun and excitement came down to Grace's character. She felt so real and relatable, way more than the typical "cool," "badass" archetypes we always get. It's sooo refreshing to get a horror protagonist who actually feels human instead of overdone ruining the actual "horror" of the game. She's easily my new favorite RE character.

Ethan's game was scary, sure, but that was purely gameplay driven for me. I couldn't care less about his story or character, hes js soo bland.

(Yea I know I'll get flamed for this but Grace is just the best by far for me.)
