Mini monstera?

Hello, plant people! I was given a tiny little guy from a grocery store with two little leaves and no tag that identified it. It was listed as Mini Foliage. Looking online, my best guess is that it was some form of mini monstera plant. I know there are a lot of varieties though. I have reported it into a slightly larger pot with an orchid/perlite soil and it sits on my office desk. It is much happier and is sprouting new leaves, but I feel like it can be happier. I have added a grow light and a small humidifier.

To start, can a more knowledgeable person than I help me identify what I actually have? I feel like it's a juvenile monstera without split leaves. I have had it just over a year now. It doesn't have climbing roots but I read that it sometimes doesn't happen unless it has something to climb on and possibly more humidity.

Before I make more modifications, looking for expert advice. I am not able to put it in a window. I can't bring it home. I have plant carnivore pets and I refuse to bring anything even potentially harmful into the house. It has been doing okay this past year with minimal light but I want to make it happier and grow it up a bit. Help?
