Barely 2 months of wear and tear. what's the benefit of buying a MLB product if the name of the team is going to disappear even before the season ends?

I have purchased many ridge wallets over the years as gifts and a few weeks ago I was gifted one that was personalized . I was shown a mock up and it looked great ! when the wallet arrived you CANNOT see or read the script that was paid for . I reached out to Ridge and sent pics and they agreed via email it’s not legible and not the quality they strive for and how can they make it better and it will be escalated . two weeks of emails and no resolution and now they no longer respond to emails . so disgusted that they are happy to take your order and money but don‘t stand by their products or provide customer service and replacements when the product is not as it appeared on line . Alot of lip service about how they stand by their product but they actually don’t . I will not be buying any more and recommend you don’t either they aren’t the only ones with this type of product and should stand behind their products and make it right when it isnt. I’ve attached a photo of my actual wallet I received and what the mock up looked like before it was purchased. Very different!!

I was directly contacted be Ridge on here, they were really helpful and it was super simple. My original forged carbon keychain was out of stock but they offered some different variants as a replacement, so I chose this Alpine Navy.

Great job by the Ridge Customer Support, it's a great and very awesome consumer-friendly policy that will eventually make me buy from them again in the future.

So I basically have bought a wallet almost 2 years ago and its gotten pretty scratched up and paints chipping off so while looking into buying another one because I did really like it I saw this so was wondering can I really just pay 12$ and get mine fixed or does it not apply to paint chips and scratches

Got my order yesterday with the new Tiger Stripe set, a keycase to use for spares, and some small parts. Used the rubber joint of the spare keycase to renew the one on my 3 hear old Mojave Tan keycase as it was almost cut, plus the metal detent, and the all black clip to change the orange filled clip of the Tiger keycase. Plus some new elastic for the Tan wallet, and installed the D ring attachment. All were cleaned...

Tiger Stripe wallet got a money clip (that now maches the all black clip on the tiger keycase...OCD, I know), and also a D ring.

I do feel them really sharp like that!!! Really happy with the result!

From day 1, I've always used the money clip, it's more secure carring cash, and it's a pitty that Ridge is going away from it...

It is somewhat hard to notice but the orange has started turning a sort of hot pink/peach colour, it was on top of the other box so got more sunlight coverage leaving the orange to a small strip on the right side.

I just unboxed my Ridge and noticed the inner box was not in the right direction with the rest of the packaging. Then when I saw the wallet it looked dirty/worn like it had been used before.

Is this normal or should I contact customer service for a new one?
