How often do you guys peel on Magik? I’ve had this struggle for a wild and I think it hinders me a lot in my GM games where I peel too much because my backline just gets ran over leading to the other teams support never getting pressured. Then I feel like when I actually try to focus in on going for supports my backline suffers for it even if I end up getting a kill on a support. I just struggle to balance both.

Been using Magik for dive a bit more recently (I prefer to brawl), and while she's great fun I die a lot. Mind you I tend to get a kill or two before I die but I'm not grasping how to gtfo of there when I get someone.

Maybe it's because I'm use to diving with Cap or Angie that their mobility/health pool is holding me back?

I kill a support, then get blown up for killing a support. What do y'all recommend I do?

bro I’m not performing as well as I used to. every time I try to play Magik in qp lately it’s nothing but my teammates saying “trash trash trash trash trash Magik diff Magik swap Magik ur trash trash trash”

man all I wanted to do was start playing Magik again after taking a bit of a break. it’s really disheartening and it’s making me wanna stop playing her entirely which sucks cuz she’s my favorite marvel character

Anyone else noticing this lately? In the last 10 or so comp games I've played the enemy team has banned Magik in more than half of them.

My profile is private so they can't really be target bans, but it's weird as there are so many more important bans this season imo. This is high diamon/low gm btw

This season specifically I've been really struggling to play magik both in the sense that im losing my skill and my champ icon makes me feel like a fraud sometimes as I've just been doing so bad gameplay wise (could either be out of practice or my mental is bad due to personal irl events). However my inability to play her is also in a literal sense because im usually the first person to select dps and then the team ends up in a selection like: 3 dps, 2 tanks, and 1 support so I end up switching over to a support like whitefox.

This is made even worse by the fact that sometimes the 1 other support has selected WF so I have to play a support I dont like. So when im doing either ranked or just too tired for this stress of trying to bounce around the team comp I just insta lock whitefox because im unlikely to get to play magik, and I can at least be guaranteed to play the support I want. Low and behold when I do that it's almost always the mythical 2/2/2 comp almost like this game is telling this is my place.

(Not even going to mention how this season took Whitefox outback and shot her)
