How would you design his moveset so he doesn't feel too similar to Hulk or The Thing?

He is a duelist

Passive 1- the last person who killed taskmaster deal less damage to taskmaster

Passive 2- if an enemy uses an ability or ultimate on taskmaster the next time they use it deal half the damage and if it's affect it won't affect taskmaster. 45 seconds colldown

Ultimate -come face me- taskmaster choose an enemy and copy their health and one of their moves the others can't damage taskmaster and the enemy the enemy doing less damage the ultimate end when one of them die or 20 seconds are over

Primary attack - taskmaster use his sword and shield left click to damage with his sword and right click to defend with shild the shield has 200 health.

Primary fire 2- taskmaster use his bow to damage enemies from long range while using enemies that damage more that 50 for the last 5 seconds has weak points if taskmaster shoot the weak points it deal bonus damage

Ability 1- parry- taskmaster defend for 1.5 while in this state he get reduce damage from enemies and if enemy deal 50 damge to him it will end the state and taskmaster can use parry attack for 3 seconds if long range damage hit taskmaster he shoot back and deal damage it also disabled fly abilities and flying for 1.5 seconds if close range attack hits taskmaster he can swing his sword deal damage and slow enemies

Ability 2- taskmaster use an explosive arrow that stick on enemy the next time he attack someone he get damge by the explosive and it deal area damge

Ability 3- taskmaster focus on an enemy that attacks with his moves. And take one of their abilities. If they doesn't have ability that he can take he gain damage reduction against them and deal more damage to weak points. Damaging taskmaster while he focusing on target cancel the ability

Black panther - spirit rend

Black widow - edge dancer

Blade- day walker dash

Captain America - vibranium energy saw

Cloak and dagger - can't copy ability

Ability 4- the ability that he take from the enemy is here.

It doesn't go after he use it to to colldown for 10 seconds. When he die he needs to take the ability from the enemy again. If he copy another ability the old ability gets remove

Space - while in the air taskmaster can double jump and glide

My friend Jay really wants Norman Osborn in the game he's plastered in Lower Manhattan map where you push an armored truck , how would you make him

For me I'd do a Duelist that's a Hybrid ( Dr strange flight) where he can call in his Jet for a Flight mode that lasts indefinitely until Goblin throws it or it gets destroyed, he can Throw different Bombs while Flying, as well in the ground context kinda like Axon from Fragpunk, he'd have theses Weapons like his he could throw Razor bats as his primary and his different grenades as abilities idk how I'd make the different type change.

Alright, hear me out! I understand that he hasn't been an actual villain for a while in the comics, and not in this game, however, he's been a villain for a majority of his comic, movie, and other media history! I'd say for iconic marvel villains, he's one of the most iconic! It'd be a shame to not include him in the villains subreddit, even if he hasn't been one for a while.

And even then, he's got a skin that's from his villainous era, so there's that.

Red Skull as the Big Bad for the season and Hive as the playable character. Though, if you really want to get risky, make them both playable. Yeah, imagine trying to make a character like Red Skull playable

While both are portrayed as anti heroes in rivals and in most modern comics (even though I’d really make the argument magneto is more of an anti villain) they still have a long history of being a villain and are still sometimes used as antagonist in a much similar case to namor. And judging by marketing it seems like netease classifies venom as one of the baddies. Even if you don’t want to count base magneto he literally has a villain skin with his classic design. You could count him just for that.

I have waited THIS LONG for any updates on Carnage after all the Voicelines and still nothing, those Voicelines gave me hope..but now
