Hey guys, if you missed it, CytoDyn just settled $500K with investors over claims it misled the market about its drug leronlimab some time ago. And they have already sent the agreement to the court for final approval.
In a nutshell, in 2021, CytoDyn was accused of overstating the effectiveness and regulatory progress of leronlimab. In short, the FDA later said the company’s claims were not supported by data, revealing no clear benefit.Â
After this news came out, the stock dropped 25%, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.
The good news is that the company recently agreed to settle $500K with them, and already sent this agreement to the court for final approval. So, if you invested in $CYDY when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $CYDY at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Remember when this guy answered some questions about Tilray on Reddit live? I think it would be the most commented thing if it were to happen again. How can we get it to happen again?
Thoughts on cannabis usage
Long time daily user.
Today my partner told me I need to cut back.
I smoke when I wake and throughout the day but only consuming a q a week.
There are so many ways it helps me get through my daily life such as pain relief, helps me focus, puts me in a good state of mind on the daily and helps me keep level headed ect ect
I can’t see where it affects me negatively as I believe it affects me a little different to most.
I am motivated everyday and use it to help me get through.
Do the long term effects outweigh the good it does for me on the daily?
Am I missing something?
I have always looked at it as a lifestyle or am I just being biased towards it?
