* Nick Reiner’s request to access his trust fund to cover court fees and commissary items has been blocked.

* Trustees cited California’s “slayer statute” while denying the request, stating that criminal proceedings will decide the fate of the money.

* Nick was recently indicted on murder charges in connection with the December 2025 killings of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, who established the trust fund.
