On May 17th, 2026, I was banned suddenly from the Monsterverze communications server for “scam links”, and received a message from a user on the platform shortly afterwards who was claiming to be a member of the servers moderation. I fell for a large scam, something I usually do not do. I was at a convention and stupidly overstimulated, made a mistake. These users not only wound up stealing my limiteds, but they also helped themselves to using my saved card for approximately $151.41 in robux.

That following night, I got back into my account using their support team - yay. I figured out what happened, who took what and when. I immediately sent it over to the team again. I asked for my items to be rolled back, and for my money spent to either be rolled back or refunded as well.

I had several pieces of evidence verifying that this WAS NOT ME, and Roblox still went ahead and only punished me. The thieves are still active, their accounts are still online, they still have my limiteds, and they still have the Robux. Not only is this a total kick in the teeth, but the real icing on the cake is they’re no longer responding to me. I even sent them proof I wasn’t home.

It’s not okay at all that the platform is punishing innocent players for being tricked, but are allowing the players who committed the crime to stay online. They expected me to be completely okay with having money stolen from me on the premise that chargebacks are subject to moderation. It’s okay that a group of teenagers were allowed to steal from me and use my card, but how DARE I ask for money back that was stolen from me.

This is not the fault of Monsterverze staff. Please don’t rope them into any of this, they’re innocent. They were sent a falsified video of me sending a scam link to another user. This is an issue directly with Roblox and their, I’m willing to bet, completely AI driven support team.

I’ve been playing for six years, and the concept of six years completely vanishing because of the idea I was taken advantage of is completely heinous, and I’m looking for anybody online who can assist me in either speaking to an actual human, or just.. someone who can help me in any way. The support forum is likely no longer being ran by humans.

You can say what you will, in the aspects that I alone made the choice to fall for something. I admit, I was profoundly stupid and wasn’t thinking when I fell for this. I was at a convention, and it was extremely hot. Additionally, I hadn’t eaten, which wasn’t benefitting my brain at all. But regardless, what happened isn’t okay at all, and the people who are being shown are seemingly walking off unscathed.

If any of you who are reading this have any sort of information in regards to what I can do, who I can get ahold of (interns or something) or even just a way to forward this to content creators (or maybe even the authorities??) — please say something.

I’ve seen some people cancel a subscription in Roblox, it was Roblox premium, (back then) but now that Roblox plus is here, it had an option for me to try it for free but I tried it and didn’t really like it so I want to cancel it to not have Roblox to charge me 4.99$, but I don’t know if it’ll ban me or not, someone please tell me!

I have this on all games I play, on any device I play and I hate it, my siblings dont have it and when I play on my alt account (same device) I don’t have it. I do not know how to get rid of it and would like some help please.

I downloaded Roblox VN a while ago. Later, I changed my App Store region to the US so I could download the original Roblox app. However, now every time I try to sign in to my account on the original Roblox app (not the VN version), I get this error message.

To clarify I am pretty sure it is since i haven't joined a giveaway recently and 26 winners for such a big prize is insane but I just have to ask to make sure

I usually play the same 3-4 Roblox games and maybe one another new one, but since my catalog is so limited, I remember playing games that are on there

But the problem is, sometimes other games that I KNOW that I haven't played since ages keep popping up in my recently played tab and I get confused and even scared knowing someone might be in my account because it has unspent robux

Yo i've been banned for 5 months straight with still no evidence backing it. I dont get it lol what am i supposed to say to roblox support for them to even help me out here and show me why ive been banned?? As per usual with support ive been denied repeatedly for those past 5 months and im pretty sure theyre just auto denying my appeals now LOL. Otherwise i dont see how they can take a singular minute to decide whether my account of 8 years would have its ban lifted or not but hey roblox support does wonders.

I think this just happened after I bought a new outfit from Catalog Avatar Creator. At first, I noticed my equipped gear wasn't showing under currently wearing so I checked my profile through incognito and it was there. But I also noticed everything was cheaper. I thought maybe it's bc I bought the items through a game so it charged me a lil extra tax, but I noticed even other random items are more expensive for me. Why?? I think when I was viewing the items in Catalog Avatar Creator it was showing the higher prices from before I even bought them, so I'm not sure if this has been the case for a while now but I just never noticed or if buying items more expensive through the game made everything else more expensive even in marketplace directly? Or am I getting hacked?? idk I'm confused
