Hey guys.

I wanna go ahead and write here to explain my situation.

So i was intending to just go to the 'self service menu' and disable my roblox account for a bit regarding something that happened, but it seems like I ultimately chose catastrophe over a disable, and had deleted my entire roblox account. After quickly realizing I saw the e-mail that instructs me to contact support immediately.

Knowing this, I immediately clicked the link to get help ASAP to try and get my account from being deleted.

After I sent a message explaining the mistake, I was met with:

"Thank you for reaching out with your request. As noted at the time of the request, a Right to be Forgotten data privacy request is irreversible once initiated. It is not possible to reopen or recover the account [TheRobloxianDerg] and its content."

Mind you this was a mistake and I was told I cannot recover this anymore.

I still deny that there is zero way to get this back over a genuine accident, and am told that I still have a 30 day window.

I've sent more tickets in with a prompt like this:

"I would like to speak to a Roblox Representative. I accidentally used a self-service tool and my account TheRobloxianderg was instantly erased by mistake. I am the true account owner. Please forward my request to an actual human who can assist me further."

Since then no response from the tickets, making me believe I probably got past the AI responses.

Just recently I sent another one as something else to try:

I would like to speak to a Roblox Representative. I accidentally used a self-service tool and my account TheRobloxianderg was instantly erased by mistake. I am the true account owner. Please forward my request to an actual human who can assist me further

Looking for anybody to help me or if theres any hail mary.

I've got a Lenovo pc, Windows 10 Pro; my graphics driver is Intel HD Graphics 4600. It's about 2 years old.

My issue started in late July; at first, it was just my screen flashing when playing Minecraft and was fixed when I bought an HDMI adaptor thing. Unfortunately, after that, my PC just stopped being able to handle Roblox for some reason. In early August, I got back on Roblox; however, I would crash mid-game. This issue only got worse when I started playing another game more often. I HAVE NOT been getting any sort of crash logs (?) or reason for crashing, it just says "ROBLOX CLIENT NOT RESPONDING" or just freezes and closes without saying anything.

I've asked around on Reddit, and looked some stuff up on Tiktok and Youtube. Nothing has been helpful whatsoever in fixing this issue. I have:

Reinstalled Windows

Reinstalled Roblox from both the official website and microsoft store

Did the whole "Open file location, properties, compatabiliy" thing, several times

Ran as administrator

Allowed Roblox through private AND public firewall

Did several malware scans

Updated pretty much everything I can in settings

Cleared cache and roblox cache

Thats about all i can remember i have done, theres most likely a bit more but otherwise i forgot.

If anyone has some advice please share it with me! I cannot upgrade to windows 11, so that is not an option if it is helpful whatsoever. If any solutions involve me buying something, i cannot do that until next month most likely. ALSO: I am not a big PC nerd, please explain everything like. as simple as possible :sob:

I had a really old account around 2014. I was young and naive and clicked on every link and then one day the inevitable happened.I had entered my account password into a fake roblox website and my account got hacked.So... i wanted to know if there is any way to recover it?

Já enviei uma apelação no dia 7 e outra no dia 9 (ontem) e, sinceramente, estou com medo de perder minha conta. When I want to play bed wars or any other game it just stays on the joining server screen and does not let me join a game what should I do

I have been banned permanently on Roblox for the actions of my sister’s account. Her account has her email and her phone number on it. She was permanently banned about four months ago. My alt account has her phone number in my email on it. My main account has my email and my phone number on it. I believe the reason that I was permanently banned was because they were connected somehow. Every appeal that I send in instantly gets rejected. My 30 day period to get it banned ends October 26th. If anyone has any information to help me get banned I really appreciate it. I have had this account for many years and spent a lot of money on it.

anytime i play a game it stays on joining server but if i go to servers and join a friend it works, i tried joining server but that doesn't work either only when i join a friend, i tried clearing the cache, reinstalled roblox like six times and other things, i only play on pc so i dont know if its my pc or roblox.

So a charge has been trying to come out for days, I'm broke, so nothing has come out. I went and took all my cards off my account and changed pw for Roblox. Well, today I had a deposit come through, and fkn 25m later, it was ALL taken!!! I do spark FT, and when the trip was done and deposited, it didn't take long for whoever, to take the funds. What else do I do, and how do I find out where this is coming from? Im stumped. idk where to look or even how to take the cards off wherever it is. I'm breathing fire. I'm so mad! I've looked into my Subscriptions, nothing there. Looked into my cards, none on there since iv removed them. So... ANY suggestions would be helpful.

Can someone please help?

Maybe once a week my daughter will yell "I have robux!" and lo and behold, she has a little over 100 robux. My card isn't being charged, my husband's card isn't being charged, none of our credit cards are being charged, she doesn't have Roblox Plus. So where are these robux coming from?? I mean, I'm not THAT worried about it considering none of our cards are being charged. I'm just SO confused.
