Can someone explain this?
I've been noticing something that feels increasingly odd in the Roblox game Write a Letter. The more I see it the more it unsettles me.
I’ve come across groups of players who have usernames consisting of random letters and Chinese character's followed with Chinese-themed avatars. They gather in the areas of the game—never far from one another. They don’t just stand still like people who’ve gone AFK. They move. Sometimes a lot.. They stay within a tight circle like something holds them there.. They can keep this up for hours.
At first I thought they were bots. They barely respond to anyone outside their group. If you try to talk to them nothing happens.. Their movements don’t feel like bot behavior. They walk, turn, shift positions even look around. Some of them act like real people are controlling them. Still nothing explains why they’re there. Nothing makes sense.
Then there’s the chat.
They talk to each other constantly.. What they say sounds like nonsense. Random topics. Strange statements. Conversations that go nowhere.. They seem to understand each other. It’s like watching a private language unfold. You feel like you’re eavesdropping on something you’re not meant to hear.
I’ve also noticed some of their chat messages and avatars appear to show support for communism. That adds a layer I can’t ignore.
One encounter stands out. I found a player who stayed in the spot for hours. While they were online I could hear someone speaking Chinese in the background. There were also sounds—scrolling, clicking like someone using a computer. That detail stuck with me. It was so specific. It made the whole thing feel more real. Maybe there’s an explanation.. I can’t stop wondering: Who is really behind that account? What are they doing? Why leave the game running for long?
It’s not just one time. I’ve seen these groups again and again in the game. The same usernames, the behavior. They gather, move within an area chat in strange ways and ignore everyone else. Hours pass. They’re still there. Doing the thing.
I don’t know if they’re bots people running accounts part of some hidden community or just players with strange habits.. The repetition, the silence, the incomprehensible talk and the occasional sound of real people behind the screens—it all adds up to something I can’t explain.
Has anyone else seen these players, in Write a Letter?
Have you noticed the usernames? The same groups? The same patterns? Does anyone know what’s happening? Is this tied to a hidden Roblox group, a myth or something else?
I’m not saying there's anything weird going on. I just find it deeply strange that I’ve seen this pattern many times in the same game.. And still I have no answer.
