So I've been running multiple campaigns, one years long and one a few months old. Both of them are for Mutants and Masterminds 3e, and up until recently I was easily able to import Hero Lab character sheets into Roll20. I noticed there's been an update and something and the currently uploaded sheets were given the option to update or use legacy. However, now I can't upload any new sheets. In fact, nothing happens at all. Sometimes if I forgot to convert it from XML to JSON it would give me a warning, but I don't even get a warning or a message. It just does nothing. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a fix? I really liked this feature. Now it's gone or at least broken.

Was there any answer or response to why the servers actually went down last night?

I think I may or may not have caused something by rolling one too many dice today. I have interrupted mine and many other party's games by dumping several thousands of d20s on the servers.

I checked downdetector and Roll20 is down, and I'm in the middle of a session right now, how long will it take to come back on potentially?

My group had to take a couple months break from playing and just decided to do our Session Zero tonight to finally start back up. Hilarious cosmic timing that the servers go down right as we're trying to start talking characters and classes lmfao

I am trying to load them but none of them are loading. I made with Roll20 Character Sheet through the vault, so it wasn't linked to any specific game that I know of? I am not sure why it's telling me this when it worked the other day?

It gives me this:

"You do not have permission to view this character.

Contact your Game Master for help."

Idk but every time that my players are trying to add an item or to modify the info of a weapon or spell, and click in "Done" that info just no stay there. Anyone have the same problem?

Every so often I seem to just get disconnected. This was never an issue until ~3 weeks ago. The status site never shows any issues. Every time the issue continues until I refresh the page (multiple different games). There are no issues before this point. Anyone know what might be causing this?

I'm a new Roll 20 user and a new DM so I'm still learning the ins and outs of the website. So far I managed to set up some One-shots to play with some friends but I was wondering, what do I do if I decide I want to re-play that one-shot with another group? Would I have to remake it or can I just make a new campaign and copy the adventure over to that one? If someone could explain how it works I'd really appreciate it.

Is anyone else having this problem? In my game right now only people on the same network can see/hear each other. Otherwise it's just each persons Profile Picture. Doesn't seem to matter how many times we reconnect or refresh the window.

Longtime PRO user here hitting a wall.

I am using the D&D 5E 2014 Character Sheet and have the 5th Edition OGL Roll20 Companion active with spell tracking on.

It is working fine for 5 of my PCs, but it isn't for my ranger. However, I've created two new PCs with the charactermancer to test and their slots are also not tracking.

This makes me think I am missing turning on some obvious toggle.

I've restarted the game, the API Sandbox, and confirmed ammo tracking is on.

When using the measure & move functionality in Roll20 Jumpgate, the distance box draws beneath any token bars for the Game Master & players.

It is the same for the Player side.

This seems to be the second time this has happened, a week or so ago this issue had seemingly been fixed. It has appeared once again.

The workaround right now is to make lingering measurements with the measure tool.
Edit: You can also switch the Token Bar Location to Bottom Overlapping.
