Room for rent!

I have a 7 bedroom home, with 4 rooms to rent.

Starting rent is 500 a month, that includes utilities and internet!

As we find more roommates it will decrease in increments all the way down to 340 a month everything included.

We are located right near jersey mikes, and taco bell, campus is literally right across the road.

One thing of note, we are an LGBTQ+ Positive household, no exceptions to that I'm afraid.

Roommate

Hi!!! I’m looking for a roommate for an apartment at The Lodges! I’ve already got one other person, (M20), but we need one more for a 3 person. If gender is at all relevant, I am FTM 20 and I do not mind either gender in a living situation. I have a cat, but he is very respectful, and I would go so far as to say he’s an absolute delight to live with (pictured). If you’re interested at all please dm me or comment!! Trying to sign a lease for the next school year.

Looking for Roomate or apartment

I'm looking to move to Rolla MO in possibly a few months. I don't have a car and I'll be new to the area. I have a low credit score and my jobs are independent contractor jobs and not a ton of money right now so I won't have paycheck stubs to give to a landlord but I have some savings. Looking for studio apartments to get into or looking to see if it's hard to find a fellow female roomate. I'm in my early 30s and easy to get a long with. I know Rolla doesont have a bus system but I've drove through there twice and seems like everything seems pretty walkable to jobs. Any suggestions?

Fiber internet?

I have been using Fidelity internet for past few years and lately it has been changed to Sparklight. Though internet is fine with frequent disconnects but rates are going up a-lot.

I am currently looking for new ISP which has moderately fair price and reliable internet and does not empty my wallet.

Any suggestions or experiences?

Job

I need a job doing anything. I can't buy food on a regular basis. I am starting to think no one cares about anyone else. I just want to eat. I can't do this suffering shot any longer. I don't really want to do anything stupid to myself, either.

Retiring from Army, possibly moving to the area

I’m retiring next year after 23 years in and the family wants to look into your area to relocate to because of the close proximity of other family members. Does Rolla have enough immensities to not have to drive to bigger cities for oddball services? What are the real pros/cons of being there? My hobbies are hunting and fishing and I’m aware of the national forest, which is definitely one of my pros. I’m probably going to be looking for work as a truck mechanic, and know those shops are everywhere. Thanks for any input.

Musicians and Friends.

I’m looking for musicians and friends to hang out with and jam with, maybe form a band and create some music.
I’m 24 years old and a guy, both men and women welcome to dm or comment.
I play guitar and can do vocals but need more lessons. I mostly play acoustic but I dabble in the electric every so often. I primarily want to do Bardic style songs, stuff you’d hear in a tavern and what not but I’m also open to other genres as I LOVE Rock and Metal.
Whether you play a flute, a lute, drums, bass, or whether you’re a singer or a screamer of what have you, HMU and let’s see what we can get ourselves into! Any level of musician is welcome, whether you’re just starting out or super experienced!

Tan fitness

Any reviews/opinions on this gym? I saw they have a sauna and that’s really all I want from it. I have a membership at the Centre which is fine but I really would like to use a sauna
