My release 'Kalu Rajaya' by MrRobox (UPC: 5064010325145) was uploaded on July 27, 2026, and is still stuck in 'Pending Moderation'.
I have also submitted a support ticket. Could a moderator please check and assist with speeding up the approval process? Thank you!

Hey everyone, Posting this here because I want to see if other indie artists using RouteNote are experiencing the same massive reporting lag or if we're missing something. My artist had a track go viral on the YouTube Shorts sound picker back in May ("Night is Day," )We are talking about multiple individual videos pulling between 1.5M to 4.2M some even 10million Views which was during mid-to-late May (easily tens of millions of views cumulatively across the sound library). However, looking at the RouteNote dashboard right now, the May statement is completely flat, showing a meager $1.70 from baseline streams. I have been managing artists for more than Ten Years and I am well aware of the revenue pool of the Yt Sound Add Sound Category Below are some of the screenshots of the views that went viral Anyone know what’s happening
Hello. For the three two years I have been trying to get an official artist channel on YouTube using Routenote. I sent them THREE submissions because they keep not doing anything about it / not even replying properly to me. Last time they took three weeks to answer to my support ticket and they had the audacity to change the date they replied to me to the same day I sent the ticket??? Weird. Anyways is there something I can do to get an OAC? Can other distributors do the process instead or is my profile exclusively linked to Routenote? Thank you in advance <3
submitted 2 tickets for song takedowns semi recently (moving distributors due to the slow times)
first one 3 months ago, ticket still says in progress (despite the fact that i'm pretty sure those older releases are gone from streaming now), and i'm a little unsure if they're actually fully down now
2nd one like 9 days ago and whilst a big chunk of the releases is gone, everything i released in 2023 is still up even on spotify? i'm starting to get a lil worried cause a lot of other releases DID dissapear (like i wanted)

My release "Don't Blink Or Die" by 200PRM (8 Tracks) was created on June 30, 2026, and has been stuck in the "In Review" status for over 6 weeks now (43 days).
This delay is affecting our promotional campaign and release schedule. Could someone from the moderation team please take a look and help expedite the approval process?

I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or maybe even knows how to get in touch with the RouteNote team.
I’ve had an open support ticket for several days now, but I still haven’t received any response. The bigger issue is that I haven’t received my payouts for several months, even though I’ve exceeded the minimum payout threshold every month.
My PayPal account is correctly linked to my RootNote account, so I don’t think that’s the problem.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Do RouteNote staff monitor this subreddit and occasionally respond to posts here?
I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Thanks!
