I NEED TO VENT. Imma cry I just got kicked from my favorite team bc I didn’t reach the requirements for 20+ helps. I’m not sure how long I was on the team for but, it was quite a while. I think contributed to 15 helps this week. No shade to the team they are great and I had a great run. I will miss the communication between everyone, there was always positivity. 🫡🫡💗
TL;DR: Royal Kingdom permanently restricted my team chat after disputed/false-positive warnings. Support repeatedly refused to answer my specific questions about the basis of the restriction and then explicitly warned that continuing to contact them about it could result in permanent restriction of my access to Support. After their own interface subsequently asked whether my questions had been answered, I selected “No” and was explicitly invited to explain what else they could help me with. I did so. My access to Customer Support was then removed.
I’m posting this because I would like to know whether other Royal Kingdom players have experienced the same moderation and support practices.
My team chat was permanently restricted after I received several warnings. The problem is that some of those warnings appeared to be false positives — messages were flagged even though their actual content did not correspond to the alleged violation.
I contacted Royal Kingdom Support and repeatedly asked very specific questions regarding the nature of the ban and reasons for it.
Support agent explicitly told me: “we will have to permanently restrict your access to Support if you keep sending us messages about this matter.”
And that is ultimately what happened. My access to Customer Support was subsequently removed.
This is no longer merely about a team-chat restriction.
I find it deeply concerning that a player can apparently lose access to Customer Support itself for continuing to seek answers about an unresolved moderation decision — particularly when the player was explicitly invited by the game’s own interface to explain what remained unresolved.
I am also a paying player and have made in-app purchases in Royal Kingdom.
I fully accept that Dream Games has the right to moderate genuinely abusive behaviour and enforce legitimate community rules. That is not my complaint.
My complaint is that permanent restrictions are being imposed while the company refuses to identify the specific conduct underlying them, refuses to meaningfully address disputed/false-positive warnings, and has now removed my ability to contact Customer Support after I continued asking for those answers.
I have also found reports from other Dream Games players describing similar experiences involving questionable warnings, permanent chat restrictions and inability to access effective Customer Support.
This therefore does not appear to be an entirely isolated issue.
If this has happened to you, please comment with what happened, whether you ever managed to get the restriction reviewed or removed, and whether you escalated the matter outside Dream Games.
Literally the first time I've seen a black pack as a reward for ElectroBlitz
Scrolling through the top players I counted 8 with the blue bird token that comes from finishing the second collection. There shouldn't have been time to do that yet. Is there some kind of trick or exploit going on here? Ideas appreciated.
Just wondering if this is normal for the game. My friend plays too and struggles to keep a win streak going, but I seem to win pretty consistently.
I also haven’t really spent any money on the game or bought any passes, so I’m wondering if I’m just getting lucky with the game

One of the levels when I attempted the dungeon challenge was the blast as many coins as possible yet some players didn't succeed. Isn't it impossible to fail those? So now I just view the whole dungeon challenge as a window dressing for a random prize.
