I have six for my Mark IV 22/45 Lite and I feel like I need more still for those plinking range days.
So I’m wondering how many you guys all have or take to the range?
I have a Mark 4 22/45 less than 6 months old that I've zeroed 3 times. I put witness marks on the elevation screw and sight last time I shot (75 rounds) and it lowered 2 clicks. The last time I zeroed it was lower by 4 inches. It's only elevation that is affected.
Has anyone experienced this? Ruger said it's not a known issue nor have they heard of this. I don't believe I'm influencing this with any storage, "bumping" the elevation screw etc...
Anybody know if the 40190 model is discontinued? I can't find any in stock.
Is this any good from 25yds? I’m wondering if I’d be any good at .22lr pistol competitions.
Bought a Mk IV target, shot 2 mags to sight it in and decided that I didn't like the grips. Went to the local store and purchased a set of Hogue grips and an extended magazine release because the grips are so thick. Get it home pull the grips off and almost lose the mag assist, spring and plunger from the bottom. Nothing I had read said they would fall out.
In the process of turning the gun over the Bolt Stop lever fell off and I put that aside while I changed the mag release. With that done I put the Bolt Stop lever back in place but it seems looser then I remember it being from a few days ago. I check the exploded parts list an see there is a Bolt Stop screw but I can't tell if it is a screw that goes into what I would call a short round stand or if that stand itself is what Ruger is calling a screw. I do some searching but don't find much about the lever falling off so I put everything together and the Bolt Stop works fine with a mag in the pistol but seems pretty lose with no mag and the bolt forward.
So my question is was it always that loose and that is how everybody's is or was there some other thing that fell out unknown to me? Is there actually a screw that small that goes into the barrel stand the rear of the lever fits over? Could something else be causing this? I find that hard to believe a part is missing since everything works but the looseness of the Bolt Stop lever is unlike any of my other pistols. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
Shooting my new Mark iv with the lowpro mounts rmr mount and a Zulisy red dot. It was a very easy install followed the directions on the website. Mount is solid. Got the Volquartson competition kit arriving tomorrow cant wait to get that installed.

Just got mine this week. It get super dirty that i cleaned it at 200 rds, Love shooting 22 cuz it so cheap! i am shooting suppressed so it does make jt dirtier im assuming at least that what i noticed on my 10/22 after i added the can. Do you think pushing it to 500 would be ok?
The red dot is for shits and gigs. Are there any good iron sight upgrades for this thing?
The recent ruling on the silencers seems to have help caused a rise in prices and demand for the threaded Mark IVs. Shoulda picked one up last week🤦

Competed with it over the weekend in factory form, it ran great, shot flat, but I knew it could be better and here we are.. Loading the mags sucked and left my finger sore, ordered the "Ultimate mag loader" and that thing is great, although I will see it effortlessly loads 10 rounds but getting number 11 in there must be done by hand (may need adjusted). If you have any other tips/tricks, let me know..
I still need to remove the cigar style band. Feel free to share your thoughts.

Suppressor is stuck on the barrel threads and ended up unscrewing those. Its a dead air mask so its weird having three different points that all want to unscrew counterclockwise.
