Hi all, I’m a bit desperate, thus the long shot: I flew into SFO this afternoon from Europe and am only here for a week. While waiting for my pickup outside baggage claim Door 3, I believe I left my black glasses case with my prescription glasses in them on one of the concrete pillars near the crosswalk. I’ve desperately reached out to SFO Lost and Found, and they said no one has turned anything in yet. I have a feeling they might still be sitting there, and on the off chance anyone happens to be near the pick up area outside baggage claim, Diane F. terminal door 3, could you be so kind as to check? Thank you!

I’m picking up some family members tomorrow arriving home from a Mediterranean cruise. Their flight is coming in from London. How long should I expect it to take for them to get through customs and be ready for pickup after landing? I’ve heard about a “cell phone lot” where I can wait until they are ready to be picked up, but haven’t looked into it yet. I’m coming into the city from a few hours away and am trying to time things so that I’m not sitting around for too long. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
