1 out of 2 of my orders came today and i was so excited but opening it im genuinely disappointed. it looks nothing like the photo and i understand the pattern is 1 of 1 (?) but the white line???? like its so off…. and the distressing is non existent? i literally have to distress it myself it seems😭 this is my first time ordering from skylrk and i thought i was safe cuz i didn’t get the items everyone’s been complaining about but i was not. the quality seems different and the tag does say made in china. (granted, everything is technically from china) but for a $60 hat i expected way more. anyone know what i should do..? has anyone gotten a successful refund? i’m still waiting on my zebra hoodie and i’m scared it’ll be lower quality too!! this will be my last time ordering!!!

Finally got my order after almost three months of waiting, just to open it and see they sent me the wrong size. Not to mention the product being made in China and also missing the Skylrk logo embroidery on the hood. Beyond frustrating spending my hard earned money and waiting so long just to not even be able to wear the product.

finally got my Bieber Coachella hat I’ve been waiting for. was sad it wasn’t for sale wknd 1 when i went, so i was hyped when it was for sale online wknd2. am i tripping or is the camo pattern completely different than the one shown for sale & the one Hailey took a photo wearing ?

edited to add: i’m pretty sure the brand siberia hills made the og hat but this one was made in china? so disappointing bc i don’t like this color camo. will be LTS if i don’t hear back from customer service

Hoodie finally came in the mail. Wearing a size Medium.

For reference:
5’5” • 128 lbs • waist: 27” • bust: 37”

Overall extremely happy with the fit. I was worried that it wouldn’t be oversized enough, considering the mixed reviews, but I think it’s perfect. The sleeves are extra long, which I like, and it’s pretty thick. 😍

My only complaints are that the Skylrk logo isn’t fully stitched. It doesn’t look that bad in the picture attached, but you can see alot of the blue through the white stitching. It also came with a couple of loose strings, but nothing I can’t cut off. And I had delayed shipping because the label had to be replaced after it was found unreadable, but I’m sure that’s just from wear and tear during shipping. 😇

i emailed last week about my order (all items were in the 6-8 week range from april 17 -not the 8-10 week items according to my original email). i had waited a week or so after what should’ve been the ship date to say something to them bc i know many people are emailing complaining right now, and im not complaining about the lateness rather that i haven’t gotten any email since my original confirmation (none of the delay updates at all) and i was getting worried my order had gotten lost. anyways. after going back n forth with the Ai responses i got a response from Zuz? i’ve seen lots of people have responses from Jaz but has anyone else gotten Zuz? both still seem to be giving basic responses but staying hopeful my order will come in soon

side note: i was reading fast bc i was excited i got a response after a few days of nothing and thought it said my items were no longer in stock as in my orders cancelled and my heart sank 😭

I just received my hoodie… of course mine came from China as you can see in my photos the one labeled mine the waist is cinched, and it is very cropped compared to my friends photos that is labeled…. The quality is very different. The hoodie is very rough and the torso is very short. It’s not giving oversized at all. Can anyone please help me? Or does anybody see the same thing I do? The first thing I did was open my package just to see if it was manufactured from China or USA. Looking for advice.

Just recieved my swag hoodie and I’ll say ..I got a 2XL and it fits more like XL compared to my 2XL essentials hoodie that actually fits loose and big but I’m not mad tbh I actually like it and will be keeping. Iv seen people post the tag being very vague but I can see mine and yeah made in china which I don’t rly care about anyways.
