my fps dropped after adding some mods

i have Simply Optimised and got 250 fps after adding these mods it suddenly dropped to 100 to 150 and was very unconsistent these are the mods

please help this is driving me crazy

im sorry but is sklauncher safe?

OKAY I KNOW... its a stupid question... but like im very strict about what am i downloading but like when i play any modpack on the official launcher its just very laggy and dogshit so i switched to sklauncher and it runs better now. so im just asking if this has any type of malware or like any other malicious code in it. also if anyone knows how to make official launcher better please help

How to make a server for 2 people
