Been a customer of SOUNDBOKS for a little over a year now and hands down I am obsessively in love with this brand…The speakers quality and sound are just phenomenal and I always recommend the SOUNDBOKS 4 and the SOUNDBOKS MIX to all my customers and they are always blown away by the power and quality of these wonderful party speakers they help me through my daily life weather it’s work or learning to play my guitars it’s my go to
I lended out my soundboks, and the recipient claims that it stopped working after 10 minutes. I call this bs, but nonetheless, it won’t start even with holding in the power button, and powering the soundboks directly with the charger. The battery and charger both seem to work.
What might be wrong, and can I fix it?

Can someone please give me eq settings where the bass is minimal but with higher clarity when it comes to vocals? I work with some miserable coworkers who are complaining that the bass is too much. Thank you.
