I have completed my enrolment by 25th ..and I got access to student dashboard in srmap portal within 3-4 days. It’s been almost 10days and I was not allotted with any student mail ID.. many students received it way before who submitted their enrolment on 26th and 27th.. and how come I haven’t received one yet

Hostel information is not available anywhere. Tuition fee has already been paid and been paid well before due date. Till when are we supposed to wait because this will just cause us to rooms that we do not prefer. Any seniors or freshers having knowledge on this topic?

After complete enrollment, till now did anyone got confirmation mail from srmap that ur documents are verified and hostel booking details ? Or anyone have any idea about this ? Please tell for phase 1

Seniors what are the rules for going out do we have to take permission for going out in weekends also and also we have to take permission for going out for 2 to 3 hrs in weekends ????permission form warden or we have to also take from parents ???

My parents are fear mongering me at this point between a tier 2 mechatronics engineering (which I wanna do) and a tier 3 CSE. CSE is cool, but I don't wanna do it, and they say that mechatronics is new, and I won't get any jobs after that. Mechatronics(Robotics) is like the only field that I have some sort of relevance from 6th grade, so I'm honestly just stuck between these two options, and if I have to change the career, like work in the CSE related fields, is it even possible? I really need some genuine advice from the people who have done something closer to what I just described or have knowledge about. Thank you so much for reading through this!

The portal shows a fee payment deadline of July 6th. The college administration stated that I must pay the fee shown on my portal first to get the Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL), which I can then show to the bank to secure my education loan.

My query is: If I pay a partial amount (e.g., ₹1.1 Lakhs) instead of the full ₹2.1 Lakhs right now, will SRM AP still issue the PAL, or will it cause an issue with my seat confirmation? Also, for those who received payment bank details directly via email from the official admissions team, how did you verify that the bank account and mail were 100% legitimate before transferring? Any quick guidance from seniors is appreciated!
