Im a M20 and this was actually my first sexual experience so I honestly dont really know what is risky and what is not
Yesterday I went to a massage place in Singapore
At first it was just a normal massage but little by little the masseuse started touching my private parts
Then she offered to massage my penis and I said yes
Later she offered me to lick her breasts and I did
She masturbated me with her hand and I ejaculated in her hand
I did not have vaginal anal or oral sex with her and I didnt see any blood or open sores
I dont know her HIV or STI status

This was my first sexual experience and I honestly feel pretty anxious about it
Do you think there is any realistic risk of HIV from what happened
Could I have caught syphilis or another STI
Should I get tested and if so when
Im just looking for some advice because Im really worried right now

I was having smell in penis around 2 months back and burning sensation in during urination (very minor which I even didn't realise). I assumed it to be yeast infection and applied anti yeast ointment which didn't fix it , after few days I tried to apply anti bacterial ointment which made the foul smell better. I also started to notice my semen getting watery like it has never been before and 3 weeks back I had severe left testicular pain for a day which I was attributed to sports injury that I might have got but I also thought I might have UTI so I started antibiotic Amoxicillin which I had at home (5 days, 2 tablets). That made the pain very minor and the residual smell I had go away but the semen was still watery and minor left testicular pain still persisted. So I decided to get it checked this week and it came out to be chlymadia. I wasn't expecting STI and it was out of my thought since I trusted the only 2-3 partners I had sex with this year and was only having sex with one partner for over 3 months who I trusted to be negative and hence I neglected getting getting tested early. I completed my Azithromycin 1 gram course yesterday(allergic to doxycycline) but now my worry is do I need something more for the testicular pain and watery semen it had been causing or just need to wait for 7 days until infection clears out? Is this a regular symptom of chlymadia or do I need to treat it differently and how long should I wait for things to be normal?
