Has anyone found a SaaS tool that makes maintaining email journeys easier?

I have been comparing a few SaaS tools for email automation and one thing I have noticed is that many are great at helping write individual emails but become harder to manage as customer journeys grow

What I am really looking for is something that makes it easy to create and maintain complete email journeys without having to constantly update every sequence manually whenever messaging offers or customer segments change.

For those who manage multiple campaigns, what has your experience been? Have you found a solution that actually saves time over the long term, or do most tools still require a lot of manual maintenance as things evolve?

Is this idea good

I am thinking to build a saas that monitors competitor 24 hours. And then give a e mail at the end of week. About what happened.

Is it good or bad idea.

I have no coding experience. I will build through vibe coding.

What SaaS process still feels more manual than it should?

AI has sped up writing, reporting and even workflow automation but I still find that many SaaS processes require a surprising amount of manual work

For me it is keeping customer onboarding follow ups re engagement campaigns and lifecycle journeys up to date whenever a product changes The automation is easy to build the ongoing maintenance is what takes time We have started using Sequenzy to reduce a lot of that manual effort especially when updating customer journeys but it still made me wonder how common this problem is

What is the one SaaS workflow you think should be far more automated by now but still ends up needing constant human attention?

I am curious to see if everyone is running into the same bottlenecks or if it is different depending on the industry
