Is Sadapay still trustworthy?

Aight so I had been planning on making a sadapay account for online shopping but for the past few weeks, I've been hearing a lot of negative stuff regarding it (accounts getting blocked, ppl losing access to their money etc), n now I'm kinda reluctant about it... Should I still make an account or should I go for any alternatives? (Also, plz suggest some reliable alternatives if y'all go wit da second option)

Got a call from sadapay team. TO WARN ME😭😂

You guys can see my previous post where SADAPAY, tried to deduct 10k from my empty account. And putting my account on negative, I tried contacting them for days yet they ignored me and didn’t solve my issue. I tried deleting my account they wont let me then I froze my card and unfroze it 2 days ago. Today they called me and said legal action will be taken against me if I don’t put the money in the account and clear out payments.

(I got Eidi 10k from my family the moment that money went to my sadapay I transferred it to another bank quickly) ( after 10-15 days SADAPAY tried deducting that amount and covering it as reversal). I did check my father’s bank account who had sent me that money there was no reversal there on his end)

Error not being fixed

I reinstalled my sadapay in April after hearing about the tax refund and now it only shows the amount received and not on the card so I can't even use it and I have been contacting customer support since forever and they said it will be ok in 5 days but that never happened

Breast cancer patient

I’m posting this to ask for help for Hajra, a 55-year-old widow from Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, who is currently fighting stage 3 breast cancer.

I’m sharing this here because I have previously seen Reddit help someone in a similar situation, and it truly made a difference.

After her husband, Muhammad Ramzan, passed away, Hajra has been surviving alone while raising her 10-year-old son, Lateef. They live in a small rented house with no electricity and no gas. Her financial situation was already very weak before cancer was diagnosed.

She has four married daughters, but they are all struggling financially and are unable to support her. Right now, Hajra and her son are essentially alone in this difficult situation.

Her cancer was confirmed through biopsy, and doctors have advised urgent treatment. She has been going to government hospitals because private treatment is not possible for her. Even basic hospital visits are now difficult because she cannot afford transportation, medicines, tests, proper food, or follow-ups.

So far, someone from my circle has helped with her biopsy and some medicines, but her condition requires ongoing and consistent support. I can also share her medical reports and biopsy results for verification if needed..

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Few days ago Sadapay Suspended my account because of failed transactions, then they re-open my account. afterwards im not receving any OTP from them for my account when talking to their customer support they are not giving me a copy paste answer everytime it has been 1 month now.....
