Hi everyone! I’m Varsha, a Java developer, and I have an upcoming interview for a Salesforce CSG Support Engineer role.

I’m expecting questions around OOPs, DSA, Java, and topics related to my resume, but I’ve also heard that the interview may focus on Salesforce technologies such as Apex, LWC, and other parts of the Salesforce tech stack.

Could anyone who has recently interviewed for a Salesforce CSG Support Engineer role share some insights?

• What topics were you asked about?
• Were there questions on Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, or other Salesforce technologies?
• How much emphasis was placed on Java, OOPs, and DSA?
• Were there any support/troubleshooting or scenario-based questions?
