What’s the first thing you would fix if you inherited a messy Salesforce org?

I’m curious what experienced Salesforce admins, consultants, and users would prioritize first.

Would you start with:

  • Duplicate or poor-quality data?
  • Too many customizations?
  • Broken automations/Flows?
  • User adoption?
  • Reports and dashboards?
  • Something else?

What’s been the biggest “mess” you’ve had to clean up in a Salesforce org?
