75inch Samsung Frame showing area of greenish coloration (
I am trying to decide between the Frame Pro and QN90F. I really want to have the TV display art automatically when not in use. I know the Frame will automatically turn on based on motion, but I can’t find any info about if that’s true for the QN90F. Does anyone know?
Thanks in advance!
TLDR; I'm assuming the led strip has blown and that I'll either need to replace that (which seems doable but just difficult enough to consider buying a new one). Hoping there is another solution.
The power in my area had been experiencing difficulties due to heat. I turned off the tv and left my home. While out, I received messages from the power company saying that full voltage had been restored. Maybe this is relevant, maybe not. I came home and saw that my tv was on and that there was a shadow over the left half. Things I've tried so far:
Anything else I should try before I either take the tv apart or buy a new one? To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement - I've only had this tv since 2020. *shakes fist* back in my day TVs would last decades!!
Hello,
I just upgraded my S90C to a 65S90F and I saw smudges on the screen when in sunlight, when I light it my flaslight I dont see them. My S90C didnt have this problem, can it be residue from the protective foil? Shoul I return it?
Thanks.
I have been dead set on getting a good TV for a bright room. Everyone recommended I get a QN90F, and after plenty of research, I pulled the trigger on an open box QN90F for $1150 all in. It came with the wrong remote and no screws for the stand but that wasn’t something worth returning the TV over.
After finding the right screws at a hardware store, I set it up. I fell in love with the matte coating but within 30 minutes noticed serious blooming (see here - https://imgur.com/a/aUhPaG6). I went looking for a new TV with a matte coating that wouldn’t have blooming. My only options would be Samsung OLEDs.
I found an open box S95F in Excellent or Good condition, but the Good condition was an hour drive closer so I opted to take the risk and get that one. I added a 5 year warranty and was all in at $1850.
Got it home after forgetting to ask to check the contents and there was no stand, a scratch on the screen, and the remote was cracked. I tried to cope and convince myself to keep it as it would be my only chance to get a S95F unless I wanted to drive 4 hours round trip to get another open box.
Did some research and decided on the S90H. Decided to buy brand new as I’m done with the open box lotto. But for $2150 all in for the TV alone, I couldn’t spend another $400 on a warranty.
Here I am asking if I made the right decision at the end of it all. Will I be happy with the S90H after seeing the S95F? Should I be constantly worried about not having a warranty? Am I stupid?
Looking for some assistance with an issue that just surfaced with my tv:
Product Information
Brand/Model: Samsung QN50QN90D (50” Neo QLED 4K)
Model Code: QN50QN90DAFXZA
Manufactured: June 2024 (Made in Mexico)
Symptoms
The TV experienced a sudden failure following a factory reset. For context: I factory reset because back when ambient mode was a thing, I had set up the art mode. Recently, I got tired of it and went to turn it off but the ambient menu no longer exists. There appeared to be no way to disable the art mode so I decided to factory reset. Prior to the reset, the TV was functioning normally with no issues. After completing the factory reset:
-The TV powers on and displays the initial setup screen (QR code pairing screen)
-Within a short period (10-20 seconds), the TV shuts off on its own in what appears to be a graceful/controlled shutdown (not a crash or hard cutoff)
-This power-on/auto-shutoff cycle repeats consistently, preventing the unit from ever completing initial setup
-The TV cannot be used at all in this state, it never progresses past the QR setup screen
Troubleshooting Already Performed
-Full power cycle: unplugged from wall outlet, held physical power button for 30+ seconds, left unplugged 5+ minutes, reconnected directly to wall (no surge protector/UPS)
-Confirmed issue is not related to remote, Wi-Fi network, or SmartThings app interference. I did attempt it with and without an Ethernet cable connected
-Researched the issue and found one other forum post with identical symptoms:
YouTube from that post (exact same as mine):
https://youtube.com/shorts/0c1tsjs7xnE?feature=share
-Attempted to access the TV’s service menu for deeper diagnostics, but was unable to without it eventually shutting down. This was interesting because it did last a bit longer while it was going into the SM. As soon as I started to navigate around the SM, without getting to change anything, it shuts down.
Warranty just ran out so I’m either looking at attempting to fix this myself if it’s a hardware issue or any suggestions if it’s a potential software/firmware issue.
Thanks in advance!
I just recently purchased this samsung TV this month, watching a Netflix movie and this thing is coming, is this normal or something is wrong?

Is this the same box that comes with the new Frame Pros?

I recently did a factory reset on my Samsung 65-inch AI QN800D Neo QLED tv and after the factory reset whenever I go to turn my tv on, it loads this page for about 3 seconds then automatically turns of
I bought a 65” QN90F and everything is amazing, especially the matte coating which is my favorite part, aside from the very strong bloom effect in HDR which is just unacceptable. I really want the matte screen so I’ve decided I’ll return this TV and pick up an open box S95F.
I will almost certainly be getting the 5 year Best Buy warranty as everyone on the internet loves to hate Samsung so I just need to feel “safe” lol.
Anyways, I watch a lot of YouTube or Twitch of gameplay with static UIs. I know people say burn in isn’t a massive thing anymore but still something to worry about and I’d like this TV to last a long time.
What do you guys think? Don’t worry about it especially if I get the warranty? Or just a stupid decision in general? I really want a matte screen and this is the only OLED in my price range
Just got a Samsung model QN55S90FAFXZA and I hate the remote.
Is there a compatible Samsung remote that has a number pad and other buttons?
I can buy a samsung ue55ks7000uxzt for 130€ but the one connect module seems to not work properly (I still have to see it in person), is it convenient for me to buy it even if I eventually have to replace the one connect module or is it a waste of money given the fact it has 10 years?

Hey everyone,
I recently bought a used 55" Samsung 6 Series (UN55NU6900BXZA). The seller did a factory reset before selling it and didn't include the remote. I am currently stuck on step 3 of the initial setup wizard and have no way to click "Next."
Here is the main complication: the physical power button/joystick under the TV is physically broken. I can jam my finger in to trigger the hardware menu overlay (Power/Vol/Source) and move between the options, but I cannot "click" to select anything, nor can I interact with the setup wizard behind it.
Here is everything I have tried so far:
Philips Universal Remote: I programmed it successfully. The Power ON/OFF buttons work perfectly, but the Arrow keys and OK button do absolutely nothing. I manually cycled through every Samsung code (0812, 0060, 0178, etc.) and only the power command ever registers.
USB Keyboard (Logitech K400): Plugged the USB dongle into the back, but the TV seems to be blocking USB inputs during this specific part of the setup wizard.
SmartThings App: My phone detects the TV via Bluetooth, but the pairing PIN won't display on the screen because the TV is locked on the setup welcome screens.
Ethernet: Hardwired it to my router hoping it would bypass the network steps, but it still requires a physical input to proceed.
Since the universal remote can power the TV on and off, the IR sensor is at least partially working, but it seems like it might be too degraded to read the navigation commands.
My considered next steps:
Best Buy is replacing my S95F with another 77 inch S95F after my current one took a shit along with the box. This is after my S95D one connect box kept giving out and eventually took the TV with it and I was offered to upgrade to my current S95F at no cost. I’ll be moving my 77 inch C4 to the living room where my S95F is right now and putting the S95F in my bedroom. Before I do all that, is it even worth the hassle? Should I just push for a full refund? Did they ever fix the One connect boxes made in MX?
Love my new QN90F!
But one small issue. I have it connected via eARC to my Yamaha RX-V683. I also have an Apple TV 4K connected to the Yamaha.
On occasion, there is a small 1-2 second interruption in sound.
My prior TV was set up the same way with no such issues, so the new variable is only the TV.
Anyone have any advice on this? A setting? I have audio set to passthrough and eARC is on.
My Samsung QLED TV (QA55Q60A)screen has an issue where one half of the display appears greener than normal. One half of the screen displays normally, there is a small transition area in the middle where the colors gradually shift from normal to green, rather than changing abruptly. After that transition area, the rest of the screen appears entirely greener. The issue look similar to a backlight failure, but I haven't seen a case where a faulty backlight causes green like this, it usually darker in the other half
Had anyone has the similar issue? Is there any way to fix this ?
Pls help me, thank you very muchhhhhhhhhhhh!! T.T
I'm using the Samsung Crystal UHD 43" and I just set it up. Almost all of my settings are greyed out and I can't change them. Any ideas?
