No Towers on the Beaches in San Diego

Save San Diego from becoming walled off by high rises! Everyone loves San Diego because the ocean can be seen and ocean breezes felt by everyone. This is one 12 story building built before our 30 foot height limit and notice the shade on the sand. Miami beaches are shaded from high rises for miles. Proposed builds are 2x+ the height of this building.
