I am reading on line that the SRU are prepared to derig straight after the concert on the 14th June in preparation for a Glasgow home final.

Only source I have is XVIth Warrior fan forum and claims of Offside Line *paywalled* and Scottish ‘Rugby News https://www.scotlandrugbynews.com/glasgow-warriors/news/26125470.glasgow-warriors-revisit-murrayfield-option-urc-final/ echoing this!

If true it would be good for the domestic game if Glasgow were to proceed to the final.

(Doesn’t look like Glasgow are fielding a team for this one unfortunately)

The 1872 Cup now being held across December at Murrayfield and April at Hampden.

Earlier first round of the European competitions as well.

An incredible player, a highly insightful and upbeat commentator, and the best ambassador for the Scottish game you could imagine.

A miserable end to a disappointing campaign. The injuries have obviously not helped but the drop off from the RWC is unbelievable. Hopefully they can rebuild for the WXV. Not a great time to be trying to flog season tickets!
