8/11 General Info: Warranty, QC, Deposits and Returns: Page Policies

I thought it would be a good idea to put down in writing my policies regarding many of the most commonly asked questions.

  1. Deposits: when I take a deposit for a watch, it will be non-refundable, and can be used toward any other watch if you change your mind.

  2. Returns and Exchanges: I 100% guarantee that the watch that the buyer receives will be in perfect working order. If it is not, then I will take it back to have it repaired or replaced at my cost.

  3. Warranty: if the watch malfunctions after it has been accepted and worn, I will make every effort to connect the buyer with a watchmaker that I trust to repair it.

  4. QC: ALL of the pieces I sell have been examined by me, been put through my process shown at the top of this page, and I will provide as many pictures that the buyer needs to approve it. I am only human, and occasionally a watch slips through that I missed something. If that happens, a repair or exchange can be discussed on a case by case basis.

  5. Lost or Stolen Packages: As stated above in #2, I will replace any watch that has been lost or stolen before the buyer receives it, at my cost.

I think that about covers it, but this may be amended at any time to cover anything I may have missed.
