For anyone still unsure about the controls, a demo has now been released.

I absolutely love the vibe and atmosphere of the game. I have played other twin stick racers before but I honestly feel like this game would be better served to patch in a traditional control method. I tried using the assists and one handed mode and I am just really struggling with the control. Especially since the A.I is very hard. Just wanted everyone else's vibes on this problem.
Story was unexpectedly gripping, never expected that from an 'arcade racer' game
I finished making Ritsuko's livery

Keiji Sato - 2024 Nissan GT-R Nismo (LBWK Body Kit) - 714 369 395
Akemi Nomura - 2024 Nissan Z Nismo (LBWK Body Kit) - 972 950 898
Noboru Sato - 2020 Toyota GR Supra (HKS Body Kit) - 108 446 571
So basically I was having a prety hard go of it in Screamer. Playing on easy, losing races 5 or more times. I took about a week off and when I came back I was winning almost every race first try, only losing team events. I even went back to a SFR race I failed at least 8 times and won first try, and it was even particularly close.
I don’t know if the time off sort of jogged some latent ability in my brain and i actually know what I’m doing now but it seems more likely the difficulty was adjusted.
I actually made this video when the game came. Yeah after reading the whole deal with Noboru and Kenji there was only Blood and Thunder with flashbacks of NFS Most Wanted vs Razor. Also fun fact blood and thunder kinda fits Noboru because him and Ahab got a fake leg. His Ivory leg is what propels him to win the race
Found this livery for Ritsuko in Horizon 6. Hopefully someone can make them for all the cars cuz I suck at designing liveries.
It’s a flying takedown!
I added effective strike range for every screamers against targets of various speed range.
(+UPDATE) I've revised and fixed various errors of the existing stats. Check update logs for details.

Go 'File' - 'Make a copy' to use filter function and relist the chart in order of specific stats. Check update logs to track changes.
The unlock bug was holding not only a bunch of cosmetics and gallery content hostage from me, but 5 or 6 tracks. Including the big oval track The Cradles. Leaving me yearning to test the casts' abilities on it since the game launched.
After the latest patch fixed it I've been absolutely loving my time messing around with certain characters. Like starting in the back of the pack with Akemi and taking out the entire race with overdrive or being able to maintain SSS rank with The Announcer for the entire race. It's been a blast.
My first attempt at this challenge left me with 98 checkpoints and it was poorly optimized. So I tried again with a different strategy for boost management. Lo and behold, a new World record.
Think you can beat it?
Reaching the next checkpoint would need another 10 secods or so. And it may NOT be impossible to save 10 extra seconds over an 18 minute run, but it'd take some precision to say the least.
Good luck yall.
There should be an update where after you 100% the storyline, you can just watch all the dialogue and cutscenes in order, uninterrupted, without having to do the races in between. The storyline is really good and should be able to be experienced directly.
Overall, my Top 3 would be all from The Green Reapers, aside from I really like the colors and decals, their cars got the huge glow up where they started with something they got from the junkyard to become proper race cars, which is neat little story.
So I raced pretty much 1v1 against a Fermi player, and can somebody please explain to me what's the fcking secret of his speed here?
I raced AKANE in one race, Gregor in the other, and in both, he somehow managed to gain over 1K meters one me with FERMI on "STRAIGHT TRACKS"! (those 1,5K is after I made some mistakes, but 1K was clean...) Last time I played fermi, he had somewhat poor top speed because he is highly mobile. I would understand such gap on windy tracks, but on such straight ones?!
And for context- I drove cleanly both races without being exploded once, crashing once, taking the same and all shortcuts as him, not shifting in the corners to not lose speed.... I I just don't get it. Maybe internet connection? But that wouldn't cause that all alone now would it?
Thanks for any potencial "secret" tips....
Frederic theme is still good!
I can't get the PC game to recognize the wheel, the Xbox does but the steering angle is atrocious.
Was thinking getting a flight stick to work with the drifting but game has very limited wheel settings.
