(need handle bars and body got some scratches)
Still nice and loud. 15 tooth paired with a 33t sprocket for the perfect gearing.
Anyone on here who has this bike, what are your thoughts on it? Debating heading to the bike shop to check one out....
Currently got a Cannondale trail 3 se, small frame with 29 inch wheels and it feels a bit to big and I really like the big BMX style. I'm 5,3 btw
This is what it looks like seated together, no gap but I put the little plastic washer thing from the original headset and fork but without it I think they’ll still be a gap and it’s real tight to turn…might just take to a bike shop
Hi! My 11 year old son has his first SE bike and is loving wheelies and making up combos. When he comes in he has burns on the outside of his leg from hitting the tires while he’s doing tricks. He’s tried wearing sweatpants, which didn’t seem to help. Aside from my (unpopular) recommendation of athletic tape and a shin guard on the area getting burned - is there anything else that has worked for others?
Got this theory headset and bottom bracket from dans comp and stacked box, for a SE big flyer HD, as you can see I changed everything the cups and race and got the race down on the fork and the bearing don’t seem to be seating properly, it’s sitting the same way it was in the box but when I put the fork on I know there will be a gap, what should I do??
I already know how to wheelie, previously had a savage flyer. I got a new bike but it just isnt for me so I'm looking for something else. I want something with gears, discs, and light/nimble. What is a good bike I should get?
I have a SE bike big flyer and recently I found out that I spindle has broke and I’ve been looking for replacements and I bought one, but it did not fit. It was the correct size but did not fit and I can’t find any replacements online so I come to see if anybody knows where to spindle that fits.
What are some internal/ external component upgrades that will elevate the bike more? Do these have bearings that could be changed out for faster ones for better coast time? I am new to bikes so i am not sure if that is a thing or not.
Bought a fast ripper after seeing the large group rides in the city. I will be in lost of group rides but i am also wondering if this is a bike thats good for bmx pump tracks too ? Also with this bike having gears, can i still add pegs?
In talks with a dude selling this “SE Fast Ripper”. I know it’s not because it’s a flip flop hub wheelset and the dropouts have no Derailleur spot. HE CLAIMS his kid spray painted it but doesn’t have any pics of it when he got first got 🤔. Anyone got ideas of what it really is? Throne or Thruster possibly?
I am 5’11” where should the seat be?
Second. I know this is basic stuff but how do you properly shift gears ?
