How much speed at 2?
That's it. I just lost Eva's pitty (again) to Seele (again). And now she's e2. I think now i can change her speed boots for atk boots. But i need to understand how much total speed she gains, and if is it better to run atk boots. I'm using og qntm dmg set, and her signature lightcone.

"Which is Better: Quantum Set or Poet of the Collapse?"
I was reviewing my Seele build and saw videos of content creators using the Poet of Mourning Collapse set (the Quantum set). I switched to it, thinking it would be much better than the Quantum set, but now I'm questioning if that was a good idea. What would you advise? If the Quantum set is indeed better, what can I do to get the most out of it?
