Most the vendors I purchase from are usually 40-60 a 10mg vial. Plus shipping isn’t free most the time. This comes out to $2-3 a day which isn’t bad but trying to be frugal.

I witnessed Selank help a former colleague with anxiety and panic attacks by lowering cortisol. He really swore by it and suggested I try it.

Unfortunately he is no longer in the country so I cant ask him for the details.

I have the exact same issues as him, especially with crazy high cortisol and always was very keen to try it asap but never had the money for it - until now!

I finally have been able to get a hold of one little bottle or vial of Selank!

• 1. So, I have a 10 mg vial. I am thinking about adding 2 mL of BAC water to get 5 mg per mL (500 mcg per 0.1 mL). Does that sound right? Or should I use more or less water?

• 2. Based on my body weight of 85 kg what should my dose be per injection? I see people say 250-500 mcg but that seems like it would hit everyone the same regardless of weight which doesnt make sense to me?

Should I aim for 3-5 mcg per kg which would put me around 250-425 mcg? Or higher? Or lower? And how do I know what is right for me?

• 3. How often should I dose? Daily? Every other day? A few times a week?

• 4. Do you have to cycle on and off always or can you use it long term too? And if so how long is too long? Does it lose effectiveness or do you grow a tolerance if you dont cycle?

• 5. How long should I cycle on and off? Two weeks on one week off? Longer? Shorter? What has actually worked for people?

Going to start pinning 1 mg of Selank in the morning SubQ. I’ve been using a Semax/Selank blend and I swear my anxiety has gone way down. Could totally be placebo, but I’ve been pinning 2 mg of the blend for the past 4 days and I’ve definitely noticed a difference.
Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience with Selank, especially SubQ.

I've been taking it for anxiety couple of times a week when I feel particularly anxious and can't say I noticed any relief. Maybe it's too subtle. Does selank need to be taken daily so it can build up be in the body like some other peptides?

Another question, should I make a nasal spray? Where can I learn about preparing my own nasal spray solution?

Selank is from a trusted supplier so I don't believe I was scammed.

Really having a good response to Selank (250mcg fasted daily in morning) but don’t want a tolerance, any insight as to what the best protocol is for cycling? I see a lot of recos for different on/off durations…

Last night i reconstituted my first vial ever of Selank that i ordered from China With bac water, everything was nice and clean. I injected Selank in my belly fat around 11pm, i went to bed around 12am but during the night i couldn't sleep properly my brain was awake but still relaxed - i woke up 6am from bed went for a walk and come back around 7am thats when i was feeling sleepy, Here it got interesting i had nice dreams. I will sleep for i don't know short time then i will dream and wake up, then again untill 1pm, but dreams were pleasant. I have used REta and Semax before and Selank was first time. I don't drink any caffeine, any Nicotine, Just THC. It matters cuz what i have noticed all my life i smoke /chew / pouch nicotine and caffeine but since i have quit both these two now i enjoy every other product just feels different. Also i felt good at gym as well i did about 1.5 hours of stair master my PR then i did legs and some pull ups and just felt good evverything than normal. I only use SEmax on my first day of office and that thing works amazing. My colleagues are shitting when becausei work way more in part time 3 days from what they do in full time, also after Selnak i enjoy my work which is IT/ Cyber / before tehse two peptides i was hating everything about my work. So these two defientely works great brother.
