Hi

Small self managed HOA in CA here. We want to update our CC&Rs. Nothing major really except we want to make the minimum rental period 30 days to keep out AirBNB etc.

Does anyone know the process? Who do we send the updated rules too? Someone said we need to get the minutes notarized?
