For example from ep 6, minute 8:30, or minute 12:44
I feel completely empty and sad. I just finished volume 8 of the novel and I feel like I have no purpose in life! 😭😭😭
I wonder how many millennia I'll have to wait for the next volume? Or worse, if there's even a release date. I'm stuck with the anime and no novel. How awful.
What do I do?! 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Does anyone know for sure how many more volumes the novel will have? Is it close to ending or is there still a long way to go? Has the author spoken about it? And is there a release date for volume 9?
I started out feeling a mixed on this show but I’m really enjoying it now! Episode 9 had a lot of really cool shots like the ones above. The voice acting is also really good in English and Japanese so you can’t really go wrong with either choice and finally the soundtrack has been a standout with those vocal chants that kinda remind me of the movie Dune.
Hey cultured people!
Welcome to the last final of our series with the best waifus from last season, that me and my good friend u/Ok_Fault844, thought of doing, to showcase some of the waifus that debuted or shined in the past season as well!
Here's the final with the new waifus and here's the final with the returning ones. The three with most votes in each are in this final line-up!
Vote for your favorite and feel welcome to share your reasons in the comments!
You can also check our waifu Discord server here for more pics, polls and deeper discussions, ones of the spicy kind too. Plus you can participate in more challenges there and get more anime suggestions as well, so feel free to join us in that setting too.
I was reading volume 6 of the novel, and I came across a scene that I found very funny. Basically, Venetim, Tsav, and Patausche are in the middle of the battlefield, and Patausche ends up making a joke that confuses them both with her good humor, since Xylo is with Frenci—I personally don't like Frenci at all—and this leads to a misunderstanding on Patausche's part because she thinks Venetim is referring to Xylo's feelings for her. Venetim is focused on one thing and she on another, resulting in a funny scene where, without even realizing it, Patausche ends up admitting her feelings for Xylo. In the end, she ends up confessing her feelings to Venetim and Tsav. I found that moment very funny, but at the same time I felt sorry for her because she misinterpreted everything, concluding that Xylo has feelings for her. Personally, I think he must have it, or be starting to have it, but he is... Xylo, and we know it won't be easy for him to admit. What do you think? Please, no spoilers for the next volumes.
This is my first time actually trying to Cosplay and I went ahead with Xylo Fortbartz from Sentenced to be a Hero
I completed this costume in just 2 nights with the help of my mom :3
Do let me know if you like this cosplay, I'd really appreciate any compliment!
Watching this anime right now and couldn't help relating it, they're so precious 🤏🥺
Does anyone have the light novel "Sentenced to Be a Hero" volumes 7 and 8 in English, Chinese, or any decent translation? The version I have keeps changing all the character names, so I can’t understand who is who because the translation is really bad. If anyone has it, please send it to me and I’ll share the link.
When I was watching Hell's Paradise after I was done watching Sentenced to Be a Hero, when I watched Sagiri, she reminded me of Kivia by the looks. After some time I realised that their circumstances are also similar like their other partner has a wife/fiance, they gradually grow admiration for that partner etc.
I wasn't very motivated to post about my thoughts but today when I was playing with akinator, I was answering his questions while keeping Kivia in my mind but after 3 failed attempts it guessed Sagiri instead of Kivia. So I thought it was a sign that I should post it.
I know asking he people here, who are probably some of the biggest fans, might be a bit silly, but im just looking for some honest advice.
Is the anime a powerfantasy? Doesnt seem like it, but will it turn towards this, where the MC could just kill whoever he pleases?
Is the series gonna go towards a predictable overthrow the evil church/government plotpoint? Some do this well, but I fear this will end as way to become a revenge fantasy.
How isekai-esq is it? I know its not an isekai technically, but is it like an isekai? Im talking with a party system, levels, classes and the sort.
How dark is it really? It gets advertised as a dark fantasy, but so was gachiakuta for example and there nothing bad ever happened post first episode. Do characters like make bad decisions? Does the villain sometimes get their way?
Do named characters (non antagonists) actually die? And I dont mean like two self sacrifices and some mentor, I mean actually a bunch of minor or major characters you can care about die. CSM and JJK kinda spoiled me on that spice.
I know these all things you can and cant care about and I dont need them ALL to be true, but I just want to get a feeling before getting invested. Everyone has different tastes and its obviously very successful, but I have a big backlog and wanted to ask instead of not giving it a chance.
I just finished the anime and im confused between the two words. Can they be used interchangeably? At first i thought demon blight meant like the plague where they turn living beings into faeries. But >!rhyno introduced himself as a demon blight and some other demons were introduced as demon blight aswell. !<but spriggan was introduced as a demon king. I watched it on netflix so there might be translation issues.
Besides their Knights they seems to be similiar to that of a children who raised to be quite and just do as to what there were told, weirdly enough senerva explicitly saves and wants to advocate to help those in need outside of their missions so are the goddess different to her in terms of thinking to be honest the personality difference is so far others seems like a robot and she herself felt like human but only her and teoritta why is it though?
