Okay so how does it work with refunds? My order was canceled after I had made the initial payment and then one installment. I received a refund for one payment, but not the second. How does this work? 🤔

I'm trying to purchase an item from a store that only uses ShopPay. I already have enough Pay in 4s with Sezzle and Zip, and don't feel like using ShopPay's.

However, Sezzle does not accept Shop (or vice versa). Has anyone figured out a workaround with this? How to use Sezzle with Shop?

They really need to implement it on bigger orders. I'd love to use my whole $2500 limit but these biweekly payments are too much, I get paid monthly lol

Why do I have to add a minimum of $30 every time to pay off a bill. Why can’t we just pay it like the other apps where we can pay anything at any time.

I just paid off all my orders. Typically when I pay an order my available spending power immediately goes up, but I am aware I can't make any purchases until all my pushed (rescheduled) payments are all paid off. I'm freaking out because next week I'm going on a trip and I was relying on my Sezzle spending power, which right now I'm at $2,500. Does it take longer with the last payment to unlock my spending power?? It's been like half an hour. I've paid off my balance ones before, but I didn't use it until days later. I need it like right away this time.

Can I use my credit card instead of my bank account to pay my scheduled payment ?

Hi all! I went to pay a couple orders off and noticed in my wallet it has a tab that says "Borrow Money". I received an email to go on a wait list but I thought it was called Sezzle Cash or something. Is this the same thing and how do you use it? I went to the tab to see what it says and it has you make a purchase plan. Thanks for reading.

So I used sezzle the other night. This isn't my first time. I realized my paycheck didn't come through when it was supposed to.

Promised my kids I'd order dinner that night. Grocery stores closed at 6...

So I thought, meh why not? I'll use my sezzle and I'll just pay it off in full next week. That way the little bit I had in my account would stretch that night.

So I followed the instructions. Clicked on Doordash in the sezzle app.

Got to the end of my checkout, took my total, and then entered it in the "pay with sezzle" thing, to generate the virtual card for the amount I needed.

Bought and done.

Back to Doordash..... there is absolutely NO WHERE to use this sezzle virtual card? In the gift card section you can ONLY use Doordash gift cards. Can't input it as a promo code either.

Can't use it in the regular debit/credit payment section as that requires the expiration date, CVC, and postal code?

All the sezzle card provides is the gift card # and pin code.

I wracked my brain for an hour trying to figure this out. Even the Google AI seems to think sezzle only works for Doordash in the states, and not in Canada.

So WHY THE FUCK IS SEZZLE. IN CANADA. OFFERING DOORDASH. AS AN OPTION. IN THE GODDAMN SEZZLE APP??

So after a few more hours of trying to figure this out, I finally emailed sezzle and asked for this virtual card to be cancelled immediately, and for the first payment to be refunded to me, and the other 3 payments scheduled to be cancelled.

Because honestly this whole experience was absurd. I've used the sezzle virtual card with Walmart no problem.

They responded to my initial email asking me for all my information and I literally had to be like "I provided all of that to you in the ORIGINAL EMAIL"

Again reiterated that I am demanding a refund and cancellation of the virtual card. Now it has been radio silence. I've resent emails 5 times now and have received nothing in response!!!! I am livid.

I did file a chargeback with my bank, but I won't hear back for a bit I think.

This entire transaction/purchase was imo, fraudulent and misleading.

I was a consistent user with no missed payments for ~6 years. Last year I hit a financial valley and missed some payments. I paid everything off within 2-3 months but of course Sezzle has locked me out of spending power. I was even paying $20/month for the pay anywhere ability. I know they have to penalize me for missing the payments, but I thought I would be able to rejoin after a few months. Nope. I’m still out. There is no one to talk to about it either. I guess it is what it is and we had a good run lol.

Already contacted support and they escalated it for me already. 12 purcahses on paypal for $19 each!! What is PAYPAL *INFINITEEDG? If someone got any clue.

Hope they fix it soon.
