I chanced upon this user @huiyunxlena on instagram a few days back. If you know her when she blew up a bit on reddit, you’ll know that she’s mentally and financially unstable.
I’m writing this post in hopes that the sg community can help to report her to SPCA/AVS because my biggest concern is, she recently kept pestering her father for a “fake” address to purchase a samoyed puppy after her husky (named Leo) passed away at the age of 6. The worst part is, when her husky was showing sign of weakness, she did not bring the husky to the vet immediately and instead take multiple videos of her husky which further prove to me that she is not capable of taking care dogs.
Now she has a senior schnauzer (named Leslie), staying in HDB, non air-conditioned and cluttered environment, purchasing a samoyed puppy not only breaches the approved dog breed rule but also also breaches only 1 dog per HDB rule.
Can we all try to report her to SPCA/AVS because my biggest concern is for the new puppy to be neglected under her care like her previous husky.

There’s this IG girl (Huiyunxlena) whose Samoyed/husky passed away a few weeks ago. If you look through the other threads about her, a lot of people have already raised concerns about her mental health whether she’s currently in the right position to own another dog, but apparently she has been approaching multiple pet shops trying to get another Samoyed.
Some Redditors even contacted the pet shops to warn them, but apparently (according to her) one of them (P**s**** Paws) informed her about the complaints and still agreed to sell her another Samoyed (Elsa/Snowy) anyway — even though it’s not even HDB approved.
Mental health issues aside, just look at the living conditions being shown online. It genuinely doesn’t look suitable for pets, let alone a large breed like a Samoyed.
Honestly quite appalled that a pet shop would still proceed with the sale despite all the concerns raised. Feels like making the sale mattered more than the welfare of the animal.
I also have a screen recording of her vlogging about how the pet shop owner wanted her about the complaints and were agreeable to her purchasing a dog

-House is BTO 3room flat
-1 Sibling sleeping in living room, 2 silbings in common room and another sibling in master bedroom with parents
-Started bringing gf to stay over since late janurary (do the math) mostly come in after 12am
-Often times when parents were asked from other siblings about her "scheduled" stays they are unaware till the last minute e.g at night
-Despite the partner leaving house early on a normal working day, gf able to sleep through in the masterbed room until its HER time to leave
- First Day of CNY (Feb) came to visit with the reason for possibly not able to come for subsequent visiting days but still came in the end, stayed over as well in feb.
-The parents are traditional, kind, and heavily conflict-avoidant (they play the "super chill" card just to keep the peace and avoid a blowout)
there were many other cases and scenarios of her bizarre behaviour but shall not be specific and focus on these main points
