This seed gives you virtually a full set of equipment in the sewers.

Floor 1: Ring of Arcana +2 (crystal chest at the bottom)
Floor 3: Crystal Shortsword +3 (ghost). There’s another cursed shortsword on the same floor for reforging, and you can transmute the +3 weapon in order to reforge again.
Floor 8: Ring of Arcana +2 (mimic)
To use this seed, upgrade one of the arcana rings as high as possible while equipping both rings and only using the crystal shortsword. Watch as you one shot your enemies! I recommend Duelist so you can use the Cleave ability for the dwarven city, and to eat a Rotfruit using the Rotberry quest for even more damage.
Full Tier 5 gear in Sewers, but good luck getting the requirements first. At least you have an Accuracy+2 to use the weapon a bit below req. strength.
