Haven’t received the €200 coupon bundle after purchase.

Shein offered me a 200€ coupon bundle if I ordered, but I haven’t received the coupons yet. Anyone know how to fix this? I contacted support but terrible AI isnt helpful.

They won’t accept my return?

English is not my first language I’m sorry for misspelling

So i ordered some stuff of shein, i unfortunately got the wrong package, i contacted customer support for help, i got told i will have to return the wrong package, and i did. I then later get a mail about the items did not match the items they received (ofc they didn’t I didn’t get the right package)

I then contacted customer support again, and they said there is nothing they can do. I rlly just want my money back. What do I do, are the money just lost or is there a chance that I can get them back?

This is the first time this has happened.

Late return PSA

I see a lot of posts here about missed return deadlines and return window time frames. I’m terrible for leaving returns until the last minute or forgetting about them entirely, but I hope people know that a lot of companies will still try to help if you explain the situation politely to customer service.

Recently, Shein let me return an item 6 months after the return window and even provided me with a new return label. There have also been times where I forgot to submit the return request before the deadline and they still accommodated me.

I’ve had similar experiences with Amazon, and most recently Dfyne also allowed me to return something months later.

Being kind and transparent with customer service reps really goes a long way and they’ll often try their best to help you out.

Just sharing my experience from Canada!

I think I ordered these things last Tuesday or Wednesday and still it hasn’t even been shipped. Maybe because it’s not directly from SHEIN.

Ai images used for proof of delivery

So I received a notification that my package was delivered but it wasn't at my door nor in my mailbox. Checked the app for proof of delivery. Broo the images looked ai generated as it is my building number and apartment number (i censor them cause they are indeed my address) but these are completely different buildings. Not to mention the obvious ai usage, they posted a pic of my package infront of door that doesn't even match the ai generated door. Also the location coordinates didnt change even though the the images shows them in a different location (i left it partially censored as it close to my general location).

Anyways, my package was definitely stolen by the delivery guy, hope they enjoy my 10 dollar dress. Already getting a refund issued just thought this was just crazy with the times we live in. Be careful yall...

UPDATE: My refund request was rejected therefore I have to upload proof. Ugggghh

Delivery Timeframe?

I ordered around the 8th of May and it said i should receive it 15-19, I have a trip on the 22/05 and I'm so so so scared it wont arrive in time (AGAIN) for some reason this always happens when i have a trip.

SHEIN taken money from my wallet

I have been using SHEIN for a while now , also playing puppy keep, now I won the prize of £29.29 , but a few days before that I returned an item worth £3.82 , well two days after getting the refund they then took £3.92 from my SHEIN wallet then took the rest of the remaining money from my wallet leaving me with £0 , there explanation was that they recalculated what I returned and said it was all to do with puppy keep, one member of staff said it was because it expired then I told her it only just happened ( as your wallet expires after a month ) then she closed the chat and said someone will get back to you and this is when they started saying about the return, how can you get a refund then they decide they are taking the refund back surely this breaking the law ? Then today they said because of puppy keep and me returning an item they have taken the whole of the £29.29 , but in the history it’s taken all on the same day in small segments, nothing above £6 ?
