I love the Amalia top, however after my first wash of it - by hand, in cold water, then laid out to dry- the print faded in several small spots. Has anyone experienced this? I was already looking to buy the Maltina dress because I love the Amalia top so much, but now I’m concerned there is a printing production/quality control issue.

edit: SOLD! 👛 Listed an Esperance dress in like-new condition (size S) and a Sabina skirt (size L) on my depop: dianachamomile! The skirt has some minor discoloration from regular wear on waistband but in otherwise excellent condition. More photos of all care labels in the listing- all authentic and bought directly from dôen. The skirt was my first ever dôen piece but is no longer my size! 🤍 considering selling my Winnie dress too if anyone is interested lmk (Mods feel free to delete if not allowed)

I see a lot of feedback here and at I online retailers discussing how sheer the dresses are, and sometimes it’s a reason people return their doen purchases.

Just thought it was funny that they call out this dress design as “intentionally sheer,” like it irks them that people think it’s a design flaw.

I was replying to a post that was deleted but just wanted to share a tip that's helped me check authenticity before.

On poshmark, you can filter Doen listings by availability and choose **Sold**. In the search bar, enter the name of the item. You may also want to filter by color.

From here, I click through some past listings and look at the tags. Tags can vary by year and also retailer ( for example, net a porter exclusives), but for popular items there's generally an identifiable pattern.

It's not perfect of course, but I found it to be a good starting place and a way to ease some worries before 😊
