Hey everyone, I’m M22 and I recently started taking fitness seriously. I’m a bit confused about supplements and need some advice.

Should I go for creatine or protein first? My goal is building muscle, increasing strength, and getting better gym performance.

Also, I’m from Sialkot, Pakistan. Can anyone recommend where I can get high-quality, original supplements locally? I’ve heard there are a lot of fake products in the market, so I want something trusted and authentic.

Hey, So I’m a beginner swimmer who can lay and float on water, walk in 5ft deep water… Now I’ve been thinking of learning proper swimming, I have a friend who swims good he taught me few things but the main issue with me is I can’t take my head in water, as soon water reaches my ears I feel weird, pressure, panic, and stress on eardrums which is really unpleasant… If someone can suggest me a good instructor it’ll be great otherwise if anyone is into swimming and knows what wrong with me then please tell me. Hello g, my laptop has died on me and I want to get it fixed. I've tried several fixes and nothing worked and now I'm thinking it might be a good idea to see a technician. Please suggest me some good technician in Sialkot who knows their shit and aren't some trial and error method user. Also someone trusted because can't afford getting my components being replaced or anything. It's a gaming laptop HP OMEN so that's why I need someone professional and under budget too.
