Any suggestions for a new listener

Hey was just wandering what I should start from and what songs I should listen to first. For some context I saw her at the Buckeye country super fest and I was blown away. So I’m coming here to get some songs to add to my playlist.

Any one else order tickets for Santa Barbera on StubHub that haven't been delivered? Details in text, thanks in advance

I ordered one ticket 4 months ago, a month later I got an email from StubHub saying my ticket was transferred and READY on AXS...Well, it's not...I have sent multiple emails and phone calls...they are clueless.

The best they can tell me is that "the ticket can't be transferred until 7 days before the event..." And if I don't have the ticket 1 HOUR before the event they will use their ridiculous "guarantee"....Does this track with anyone else...I don't want to sweat it until 1 hour before the event!

Sorry for the frustration but I am making plans from out of town and would sure like to be in possession of the ticket I bought 4 months ago...

Thanks in advance for any feedback! ✌️

Apologies to Sierra Ferrell after last night’s show in Paris

Context: Someone threw a cup toward the stage, and apparently someone also booed when Sierra spoke about her religious and philosophical beliefs. After her last song, she left the stage without an encore.

EDIT: Sierra spoke on her IG stories, she got in contact with the beer throwing guy. He apologized and pretty much explain that he got carried away by the excitement of « fox hunt » being played.
Seems like the event is now closed.

I’m French, a huge Sierra fan, and I honestly feel ashamed of that person’s behavior and the image it gives of France.

There were people from many different countries at the show, but I can’t help thinking the person responsible was probably French.

I didn’t personally hear the booing. As far as I could tell, everyone around me—and most of the crowd I could see—was having an amazing time. People were singing along, cheering, dancing, and giving both Sierra and the opening band a fantastic reception.

I did see the cup being thrown, but it only happened once. At the time, I didn’t think much of it because it’s unfortunately something you sometimes see at festivals, and from where I was standing it didn’t look like it was intentionally aimed at the band. It was incredibly hot in Paris, so I assumed it was just someone doing something stupid without thinking. Still, nobody wants to be splashed by a drink.

As for the booing, some people have said it happened right after Sierra mentioned Jesus. France has a long history of strong secularism and, for some people, hostility toward religion. I don’t share those views—in fact, I’m probably much closer to Sierra’s perspective—but that might explain why someone reacted that way.

One person’s behavior really spoiled the night for everyone. The audience seemed genuinely confused when she left without saying goodbye, and many people were disappointed. I’m glad she explained what happened on social media afterward.

I was so happy and proud that Sierra finally came to Europe. I’d been looking forward to this concert for months and had very high expectations, so it was heartbreaking to see it end like that.

That said, her performance itself was incredible. She sounds every bit as amazing live as she does on her records.
It’s just a shame that not feeling safe seemed to take away some of the interaction with the audience, because that’s one of the things that makes live music so special.

Despite everything, it was still a great show. The overwhelming majority of the crowd was having an incredible time, and I heard so many people around me talking about how stunned they were by Sierra’s talent and stage presence.

I really hope she decides to come back to Europe someday. If she does, I’ll be the first to buy a ticket.

in the most respectful way, does anyone know what happened at the paris show?

sierra posted to her story something about not doing an encore because she didn’t feel safe, and that someone “missed”. i think this was in correlation of something she commented on at the show?

if this is completely out of my league to talk about then by all means i’ll acknowledge that, but is everyone else who was at the show okay?

EDIT: found out what really happened, everyone is ok and no one is hurt. she posted some screenshots of messages from the guy and he explains why he did what he did. pretty much it was absolutely nothing against her or her views or her music, but he just got super hyped for one of the songs and channeled a punk rock attitude. he had a beer in his hand and his friend pushed him in the center he threw it too far. it was never his intention to hit sierra, the band, or the stage. he apologized sincerely and asked if there’s anything he could do to repair his mistake, which he called childish and an act of being overwhelmed.

EDIT TLDR: zero intentions. guy was overwhelmed/excited. friend pushed him and he made a mistake by throwing his beer, but everyone is now on the same page and everyone is ok. we’re all people after all

Hamburg tonight!!

I’ve been hoping to see a show for years! When I first heard her and saw a little interview it inspired me to write my first country song, it’s based on her and it kicked off my journey to be playing music live myself. Maybe it’s a little cheesy but I’m bringing what I wrote and given the opportunity I’ll give it to her as a thank you from an inspired fan! Wish me luck!!

not much left at the merch booth

French guy here, at the Paris show. I’ve waited for years for an occasion to see her live, as you can imagine it’s not often that I get to see artists like her in my city. I could not wait to buy tickets when they were announced. The show was great. I’m ready to buy merch. It’s half empty when I reach the booth. I’m kinda pissed now.

She had switched in 2026 to playing a dark Gibson on "Dusty Foot." Now, at Chelmsford, UK. she's back playing her old standby, the natural wood finish guitar. Ok.....

.....Why the Gibson in the 1st place? - and - why the abandonment of the Gibson?

at YouTube: the dark Gibson in a SHORTS uploaded a little while back by ericpirwitz1331 from The Bluestone, Columbus, Ohio, Fri., June 12, '26

Natural wood finish guitar at Chelmsford UK State Fayre SHORTS uploaded by FIREBUG85SAD from Sat., June 27, '26.

both SHORTS are of "Dusty Foot" I THINK it had/has something to do with the audio technician concern of "acoustic guitars tend to feedback" but idk.

Encore Covers - Manchester and Glasgow

Hey everyone! I’d love to know what encore covers has she been doing elsewhere?
Manchester got Oasis (Wonderwall) and last night Glasgow got her amazing version of Bobby McGee. Based on Manchester, I thought she’d do 500 Miles or an old classic Scottish song in Glasgow!
Currently at the airport waiting for my flight to Paris for Monday’s show. My theory was Edith Piaf before realising the encores aren’t always city-themed!
What covers did your cities get?✨

Do you have this hat?! 🧢

This is my favorite hat of all time. I am desperate to replace it as it’s gone missing and I tore my house up and down. If you have one you’re willing to part with please let me know. I’m truly grief stricken over losing this hat! 🤎 thank you and trusting the angels will return it to me
