Paris!!!!

I'm so happy because I'm going to see her in Paris the 29th of June, first time she'll perform in France, I'll go there alone as no one around me listens or knows her, I'm so excited.

Anyone planning to go? Can't wait.

Familiar fellows harmonize on a Bob Dylan song

you might say some Sentimental Gentlemen :-)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBSFdnj_Q-I "Girl From the North Country"

left to right: unknown guitarist; Josh Rilko, mandolin; Oliver Bates Craven, fiddle; Dr. Geoff Saunders, double bass; unknown banjoist

Crossroads Acoustic Fest, Friday April 24 2026, Seymour, Indiana, USA

The Sentimental Gentlemen have 4 scheduled performances in July '26, the last of which is in France :-)

[edit] The Sentimental Gentlemen's 4 performances in July '26 coincide with a break in Sierra Ferrell's tour.

She has SOLD OUT the venue in London, UK, for Tuesday, July 7 '26. Her next scheduled gig after that is in Santa Barbara, California, on Thursday, August 6, '26. and evvvthang's "if'n the cricks don't rise," don'tcha know? ;-)

I surmise The Water Tower Band (?) will be at Delfest to kick off the year this Friday (?) but The Sentimental Gentlemen otherwise remain the favored fellows? is that right? [ENDedit]

[[edit#2 I'm assuming drummer Matty Meyer and multi-instrumentalist Mike Anderson will re-join the posse in Portland, Oregon at the end of May '26?]]

Sierra on YouTube

I just noticed all of my posts from Sierra concerts on YouTube were taken down with Copyright Restrictions after being available for years. Has this happened to anyone else?

UPDATE: So the copyright infringement was filed by SESAC. But SESAC does not hold any rights over Sierra's music 🤔🤔🤔 Unfortunately, YouTube seems to be siding with them

Edgefield Tix 4 my Kids

Hello, long shot but I’ve got to try. I got, my kids 4 and 5 into Sierra recently. I really want to take them to their 1st “real concert” but $200/ticket resale is way out of the price range.
So, if anyone ends up not being able to make it and wants to sell their tickets near face. Please message me. I’d love to make this happen. We will probably be on-site either way. However, seeing my 4yo son light up every time he knows it’s a Sierra song a couple notes in really makes me want to get us in the venue.
Thanks

Three versions of "Gum Tree Canoe" written iirc by S.S. Steele in 1847. The last-listed version was posted only 5 days ago.

Looking for sheet music

Hi everyone!

My wife is looking to learn “Years” on the violin. I saw a post from last year about how it’s hard to find sheet music for Sierra Ferrell, which I understand. But I was wondering if anyone has transcribed this song, or has a link to where we can find it? We would be willing to pay for either, it’s just been impossible to find anything.

Thanks!
